Yuck Thai! We visited with a group of 8 of us and were all very underwhelmed by our meals. I had the chicken mince salad which was so salty it was inedible. Maybe too much fish sauce? The massaman curry tasted of vegemite. It was too loud inside and the wait staff were too busy and despite all of this, there was a queue out the door, go figure?

Nice food, good atmosphere and friendly service, service and location are keeping them still the best thai restaurant in manly but food and value may be losing for chat thai at the wharf.

This restaurant is buzzing on a Friday night- be sure to make a booking! The food was amazing, so tasty and not too oily but I found the servings a little on the small side. Also, this restaurant is extremely noisy in you sit inside- so be warned. The wait staff were friendly although it was often hard to get their attention and we had to ask several times for water before it finally arrived. Despite being a busy night it was also nice that the staff weren't pushy and trying to move us on. I would go here again but probably on a week night.

We love Yok. It really is the best thai in manly. Sydney has so many very average thai restaurants but you is a stand out. Nice in summer when you can sit outside, they do have gas heaters though. Inside is unbearably noisy with reflective surfaces. Service is good and friendly.

The food and drinks was ridiculously overpriced (for thai cuisine) and the food was ordinary. I see people in the restaurant but do not understand what.

We've been meaning to come here for years, but somehow never did. Came here after a movie on a Tuesday late evening, and the place was buzzing. Lots of people, pretty much got the only table. Food is very good all round, with all the standards. A fairly short but pleasant enough wine list. Service decent enough (especially compared to most places in Manly), and the prices are ok too. Recommended.

Decent food, no ambience though and service is also decent. Value could improve. Normally thai food is not this expensive.

This was our favourite Thai restaurant in Manly until recently. We have had a couple of less than average meals here over the last few months. I wonder if the restaurant has changed hands as previously was well run and always consistently good food. We have changed to another local Thai restaurant as our new local.

Delicious thai meals and very quick to deliver after ordering. Although, this place is a little expensive for them but is a good treat.

Decided to pop in here for dinner one Thursday evening. Restaurant was very busy, and very noisy, obviously you expect some noise when its so full but it really was hard to have a conversation. Live music was nice but strangely they packed up at 8 pm and left. However, the food was really fantastic, Tom Yum soup to start was fragrant, light, tasty and fresh. Duck and Prawn/scallops for main course, really excellent, again very fresh and cooked perfectly.

Service staff just lovely. Will book next time and request a nice table at the back of the restaurant, away from the drafty front door.
