I bought a number of the $29 spreets vouchers and thought I had a great deal, but have had nothing but problems.

Many unanswered and unreturned phone calls, senior staff was very rude and had an attitude from the moment I walked in. I was nothing but pleasant and only asked basic questions...Obviously unable to deal with any sort of stress.

Another time I tried to get car done during christmas break, but even though they were open, apparently they do not do the vouchers during that time. Even though there is no reference to this on the voucher.

Showed up one day just after they opened, and was told to make and appointment, I asked if I could make one while I was there, and was told 'not for today'... I would have to call and make an appt between 10 and 4pm.

I have many vouchers, which I am struggling to use because they are making my life difficult. As it is I don't want to go there myself as the man intimidates me.. I am sending my partner next time.

U know there is a reason why these vouchers exist, businesses are struggling and now I see why!

Not Recommended. Went with voucher, was asked to make a booking although the t&c didn't mention that booking was required. Had to pay. The car wasn't completely dried.

2nd time tried calling them many times no ans, went and was told they were booked completely for months even though the place seemed deserted. What a ripoff, lost my money as the voucher expires. Very cold attitude of the guy.

Okay I'll just say from the get go that the car was cleaned beautifully. Couldn't be happier with the result.

On driving in we asked for the $29 job. The guy opened my door looked in the car and said it wasn't possible because there was dog fur in the car it would be $50. The dog had been in the car once since the last wash and the fur was at an absolute minimum.

Anyways I was ill this day and just wanted it washed so did. Whilst waiting 2 other cars entered, the same routine he leant on the cars and said no its too dirty $50. One drove out and the other, a woman with her daughter stayed.

This is not a busy car wash, and its easy to see why. No cars were lined up and waiting like at others and I definitely felt as though the proprieter was discriminating. We won't be back.

I bought the 49$ deal for 25 express Car Washes from Xibit Car Wash Cafe, Parramatta Road, Auburn. The person responsible for entertaining the Customers behaved very rudely even on my First visit & accused me of stealing the Token ID & later said that he was just joking (What a bad joke). My car was washed in about 2 hours as he was washing the cars of the normal customers even coming after 1 hour after us & he was doing the same to other persons who got this deal.

He washed the car like he is doing it for Free (only poured water & then halfhearted incomplete dry). On my 2nd visit, he said that he will not wash my car on Saturday & Sunday under this deal. When I told him that it was not written on terms & conditions of the deal, he said that he does not care what are the terms & conditions. There was no other person in management to whom I could complain. I also saw his rude behavior to many other people who bought this deal. It was quite humiliating.
