We ate here on Easter Monday for Lunch. The Maître D' bent over backwards to accommodate our 2 small children with high chairs, booster seats, kids menu's and crayons. He took the kids food order with our drinks order which shows very good service and knowledgeable experience around dealing with small kids in Restaurants.

We had a mixture of pizza's and Salads and they were of a standard that is what a good wood fired pizza place should be.

The décor again is befitting of a modern pizza restaurant with a very clean Mediterranean feel.

I suffered a lunch special last Saturday afternoon. Good value, unfortunately, the food is so bad. I regret not advising them of the food, however, with the company I had, I felt it inappropriate. The starter, though served promptly tasted far too salty, the bruschetta too vinegary and the salad dressing was worse than one you would pick up in a local store.

The main course was actually inedible, smothered in cold bbq sauce. I entered hungry and left hungry. This was hugely disappointing as on first glance the place appears to be a lovely spot with great potential. I am new to Surry Hills, but I get air of laziness in this place, that, perhaps, once it had its day. I have no doubt one could have a nice meal here, but not if the type of food continues.

Came here new years day as it was one of the only places open. Although the waiters were rather lovely, the food was not as nice. Came here with my mum and sister and ordered the butter chicken, food supreme and lemon prawn (?).

Seafood supreme was not supreme at all. Was very bland which could be attributed to the fact that there was barely any sauce/base and that they appeared to have used frozen, packeted seafood mix, not just any seafood mix, however, it was the baby/dregs of the catch! Butter chicken was ok, were pretty generous with chicken, just wish they had spread it more evenly and cut it smaller, the prawn pizza was probably the nicest but had only 5 prawns to this six slice pizza and was so bare looking I felt it was naked!

It's a pity I won't be revisiting as the staff are lovely, I expect more from 21 dollar pizzas of that size however.

The calamari with its crunchy coating was a very nice starter. We also ordered the Italian Sausage pizza and the Fettuccine Carbonara. The pizza was good however the fettuccine was below par. It had too much parmesan, not enough cream and hardly any meat. It was a high margin meal from the restaurateur's perpective! Fortunately the menu prices are affordable. I would go back but I wouldn't have the pasta.

A dismal disappointment after only ever hearing good things about the place (possibly the result of a recent change of management?). Shamefully, the garlic pizza bread had huge spoonfulls of bottled supermarket minced garlic plopped on it. Pickled garlic tastes very different to the fresh stuff and decidely tart due to the pickling vinegar! The dense, gluggly and powdery pizza base leads me to believe that they are using pre-prepared, frozen, partially-baked pizza bases (base, tomato and the faintest hint of cheese) to which they then add (slightly!)fresher toppings before a very brief reheat in the woodfire oven. I abandoned the pizza after two slices and picked off the meat toppings because I was famished, which toppings - to their credit - were fairly generous. Such a lack of effort and blatant cost-cutting is an insult to customers. Without a doubt, the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

8 June 2011 we dined here and this place is really cool. This is a restaurant owned by a English chef/owner (Theo) with a Bangaldeshi cook/chef and a Australian owner (Peter Furness).

There is vindaloo chicken and lamb pizza, Chicken tandoori, peaking duck pizza and the list is very long to mention here, yes, a variety of options available for Vegetarians too!

The place is 10 minutes walk from central station, has some top quality wines from around the globe (not kidding) for realistic price and the pizzas are unique but exceptional. Even the pizza base is thin and crispy, hence, extraordinary (for the first time I did not throw away the crust).

Service is smart and the product knowledge of almost all employees whom I had a casual chat, from the waiter to owner is commendable.

Drop in next time and experience the difference, you will become a regular, Like the very wealthy Old man who can be seen sitting outside this place with a silver lined walking stick, who will suggest you to drink more wine.

The pizza was ok, nothing fantastic that you will come for more. And yes I must admit it was rather quite burnt as well. Be warned if you have a voucher from the entertainment book, they don't accept it unless you dine in. Nothing is mentioned in that regard on the voucher. Very peculiar if I may say.

Best pizza I have had in Sydney! I picked the salmon and caviar pizza, it was awesome! A lot of salmon, onion etc! Loved it! I couldn't really find a lot of caviar, but I don't blame them for that, it's caviar and we all know it's expensive! I really recommend this restaurant!

No sir that not burnt. Thats just how they are. Thats the ridiculous response I received when I complained about my obviously burnt pizza. Apparently it was burnt because it was a gluten free base. Yeah right. I then pointed to the other gluten free base on the table which was not burnt. The manager then came over and whisked it away to be replaced. The manager was none to apologetic either. The replacement finally arrived. It was ok but the service was pretty appalling. If a burnt pizza comes out of the oven. Don't serve it and certainly don't make stupid excuses.
