Please note that Italian Village, Waterfront and Wolfies are owned by the same group. We booked for Italian Village through Dimmi, but were seated at Waterfront. Ok, that's fine, but knowing that they could not provide a table that was requested (We were just given any table, not the Reserved one), that is just Poor Customer and Booking service. Ok, maybe because my name is too exotic, so they could not find me on the list? She had that "I don't understand what you were saying" look. Bad! Overpriced, not so spectacular.

Had dinner with a friend on saturday. We ordered rib eye and eye fillet both at a medium cooked. Nice meats but 49 bucks for each were quite pricey. We had entertainment book so got buy one and get one free so it wasn't too bad. The dishes were slightly over the average. Good service and awesome ambience with opera house view.

I booked a private room here for 15 people on Friday the 30th of March and had a wonderful time!

I used the Dockside Dollar Deals and got a fantastic deal indeed! Ante room for drinks and canapes (of which there were plenty) before moving into our private room for lunch with a selected menu (as opposed to a set menu or alternate drop which some restaurants require for a group of this size)

The room was set beautifully, the staff were attentive to our needs, and the food was great!

Our wines were always topped up, drinks were rarely empty for any of us, which is great when you are lunching with a bunch of thirsty blokes!

2 of the forks on the table were dirty and had to be replaced, but staff were very apologetic and quickly replaced the forks with new ones.
The only other quirk in the day was one of the boys ordered the Greek Salad and received the Prawn entree instead, but he was more than happy with that and it wasn't mentioned to staff.

The views here are amazing, it is a fantastic location, hence they have so many weddings here. The food is delicious, and the service is beyond expectation. I look forward to coming back here again!

Paid big money to have Christmas Lunch here with my wife. Great location and very lovely waitress. Food was very very poor, we had the Traditional Turkey Breast. Yes the menu said “Turkey Breast” instead they served up processed sausage slop. Absolutely poor form to charge the money they charged and then serve up processed food.

Came past the other night. Had some people from overseas and thought, what a better location than Wolfies to bring them. Boy was I wrong! Won't make the same mistake again.

Our Entrees were quite nice although, my wife had the Ravioli Pumpkin. They seemed to taste quite Raw inside. Not too nice at all. My stake was cooked fine, nothing special though.

All in all very disappointed. These guys were very good a while back, but it seems that they have changed chef's or something, hence the quality drop. Not too sure, but they need to change something before I go back.

I think the most memorable feature of the night was the prices of the meals. I'm more than happy to fork out $20-$30 entrees & $40-$50 mains if the restaurant is fantastic & award winning but this place is neither. Seems an ideal waterfront location has really dictated getting away with these prices. The food just did not come up to scratch for the money handed over.

My partner & I both ordered medium rare steaks yet they were cooked completely different, her steak was alot closer to medium rare than mine. Also my entree of salt & pepper QLD prawns never arrived. Everyone else in the party of 7 received their meals so a gentle reminder to the waitress & the entree came within minutes.

In fact the waitress looking after us was probably the shining light. She was patient as we were a tad indecisive with drink orders, friendly & continuously attending our table to ensure we were ok. Probably a nice place to have lunch on a sunny day but make sure you visit an ATM first.

Service was shocking. We arrived at the restaurant early before it was even busy and it took a while before any one even noticed and seated us. We were then forgotten about and it took at least 25 minutes after we were seated to even be attended to. The food was nice but not worth the price (we order 2 dishes at about $50 each). Thank god we had the entertainment book discount, but even that didn't make the meal worth while.

I went to Woolfie's last summer, and had breakfast, take home cookies for the fam and blueberry muffin. My family really enjoyed these delicacies.
