It may have made the food list but the place always looks clean and tidy to me and you can see the food prep area. We have been eating their noodles for years with no bad effect. I think their flavours are unbeatable, we will keep going back.

The food is pretty good. We eat there whenever we have visitors down but it is quite pricey. The actual restaurant is very squashy and they do try to move you out in a hurry if they get half a chance! Was this review helpful?

The food is reasonably price and very delicious from the design your dish menu. The staff are quick and efficient, as one of the waitresses took my order with a notepad, when I was queuing, behind someone. I didn't have to wait that long afterwards for my meal to be served to me. Recommend Wok Star to anyone.

I eat here at least once a fortnight and will continue to do so because of the quick service, good value for money and great tasting noodles!

Excellent funky atmosphere. Great value for money. The $5 drinks is a great idea. The design your own dish concept was easy follow. Would definitely recommend Wokstar.

Great tasting food. I often go there before the movies or a club. Good value. I like that it create your own meal. I like flat rice noodles with chicken and satay sauce. BYO is good too.

I ate there several times whilst on holiday from WA. I loved everything I tried. The atmosphere is great, the staff friendly, the service quick and the prices very good value. Good portion sizes too....more than you can eat. Highly recommended.

It's a funky little casual Asian eatery. Not much variety, but the build-your-own-dish styles of ordering gives you some control over what you end up with. I've been here umpteen times, only disappointed once. Have tried and liked all entrees, I usually go for seafood or vegetarian rice stick noodles with the Chinese style sauce. It's cheap and cheerful, good for take-away to enjoy by the beach on clear evenings and the decor isn't too bad for eat in either.

Just be warned to get in early as tables go fast. The biggest let down is the under-utilised bar, only bottled drinks available and for some unexplained reason, these may not be ordered from the bar itself. Watch out for the spunky waiters and waitresses, the view they provide rivals Cronulla beach.
