The restaurant claims to be wheelchair accessible. However, there is a step from the ramp into the restauant. This is only ok for those in manual wheelchairs where there are 2 people to help lift/guide the chair over the step. It is not suitable, unfortunately, for those in electric wheelchairs. If you are looking for a restaurant with wheelchair access, make sure you enquire before booking to avoid disappointment and a lot of difficulty.

Was very disappointed that I had been there 3 times over the past 4 months, and have always walked in to find our booking lost. We discussed this with Staff and they were rude an unhelpful. Definitely don't recommend it!

A real ribs, steak and burger joint with a few other interesting options thrown in the mix. I hear the morning breaky is awesome and must give it a go. Can't beat sitting on the beach on a sunny, winter morning.

Went here despite some of the bad views on eatability. Both my wife and I are glad we went. How wrong those reviews were!

The service was great unlike many places on the Northern Beaches. Even though it was packed, we got prompt service and were asked for our drinks order straight away. The starters and main both came fast and were delicious. We shared a salt and pepper squid and a caramelized onion garlic bread. Both were absolutely delicious. My wife absolutely loves salt and pepper squid and she thought it was the best she had ever had. Lightly battered and tender, not at all chewy.

For our mains, my wife had a prawn salad and I had a burger. The burger was great with a rich hickory sauce. My wife is not a huge fan of having to peel your own prawns, but once they were peeled they were gorgeous! Thoroughly recommended restaurant!

I'm a regular at Wildwater, living just up the road. Love their food especially their fillet of tenderloin, rib racks, goats cheese bruschetta and salt and pepper calamari. Have always wanted to try dessert but always too full! The mushroom sauce is a must to go with their perfect chips and their burgers are pretty good as well. Big meals so make sure you're hungry! Friendly service, warm atmosphere. Would recommend bookings as they do get busy on the weekends, even in Winter.

A good local night out. Nothing special, but comfortable, friendly and good value. Peri-peri chicken livers could do with being a smaller serve, after half a bowl I was getting full, and the world fowl population somewhat depleted. Racks of ribs a a succulent delight, ask yourself 'really, how hungry am I' before you order the combo plates.

Nice atmosphere and friendly service for a "local' restaurant. Best chips in all of Sydney, hands down, the best chips possibly in the world! The burger is great, especially topped with the blue cheese and caper butter. Cod fritters are also good and the sirloin is tender with a great basting sauce. Menu seems a little limiting but I don't go there for a food adventure, they've got what I want for a simple grill/burger night and what they do, they do good! Did I mention the seriously outstanding chips?

Lunch on 22/01/11 - The three of us enjoyed three different mains, all were presented well. My daughter's Thai Beef salad looked impressive and it was tasty, and quite good, not overpowering. The service was good without being overpowering. The CAMPO'S coffee we had to complete our visit was full bodied, to me a 7/10, which is pretty good!

It was a lovely morning to be sitting outside on the balcony eating breakfast and lovely to be away from the rest of the hustle and bustle. I can't say the menu was very awe inspiring for breakfast, not a lot of choice or much different. I didn't want a heavy or hot meal so was sort of forced then to get fruit and yoghurt. I normally hate ordering and paying for fruit and yoghurt because almost always you get a tiny dash of yoghurt to go with a mound of fruit and leave unsatisfied. Sure enough it came out with a tiny dollop of yoghurt and I had to ask for more. A lovely spot but not inspired by it really.
