Food: Delicious authentic Thai food, a bit over seasoned, the Pad Thai and Pad See Ew were right on the money.

Ambience: tight space between table and small floor space.

Service: very good and efficient, the boss asked us if we wanted chillies without us asking.

Value: $15+ per dish, deducted points for not having a lunch special.

My food was very tasty but the waitresses need a lesson in manners. They were not very nice or quick. I don't understand, when every other thai place had food coming out so quickly after it has been ordered why is this place so slow.

The food is ok - not great. The service is non existent. Don't come here for lunch unless you're willing to wait 20-30 mins for it to arrive. I won't bother going back.

I and my family have tried many Thai restaurants around there, wondering we always vote and come back to this restaurant. The food always good for us. We love the peanut sauce and Pad Thai. Last time we had Salad of Salmon, tasty, highly recommended for this dish. The services always good and friendly as well.

Last night, I booked online, I think the system error, I can book a table on Saturday lunch - even though they closed!

We came here as a group of six and used some vouchers we purchased online. We all ordered the same entree of squid and all agreed that it was pretty good! Great flavour and it had a nice crunch to it.

For the mains we ordered massaman beef curry - which came out very watery and lacked any really taste, we also thought they used cheap cuts of beef. We also ordered the Pra Ram Long Song - the cuts of beef used in this dish were better but I the peanut sauce came out of a bottle.

The service was o.k but as someone else mentioned the timing of the dishes was a little off so some people got their mains while other waited a bit. While there were lots of people picking up their takeaway orders, I don't think we'll be back.

I like this shop, and came here several times, last week I had their special menu, the Chinese broccoli wrap with lot of thai herb and crispy pork. I never ever had something like this before, lot of fauvour, in one bit, so exotic and nice. yummy! Service was always friendly but not well training, wait staff not even know their wine name, ummm they need more training about wine.

I went here with my family yesterday for a pre-theatre show dinner. We were looking for something nice, not too fancy or expensive and close to the theatre and came here based on the eatability recommendations.

Firstly the food: the quality of the food was actually really nice, decently priced and decent sized servings. The taste of the curries and sizzling plates were very nice. No complaints there.

The service however ruined the dining experience. The restaurant was really disorganised and they completely messed up three out of seven meals. My dad ordered a curry with duck and they brought it out with chicken. After we clarified we had ordered the duck the waitress took it back to the kitchen and came out with the same chicken dish to explain that they had run out of duck meat and if we could eat the chicken curry instead. My dad didn't want the chicken and so we ordered the Massaman beef beef instead. After the waitress took that order she came back to say they didn’t have any massaman either and my dad had to make a third order. The same thing happened to my sister. She ordered the crabmeat curry and was brought chicken instead because they had apparently run out of crabmeat as well but neglected to check with us instead if the chicken was an alright substitute. (my sister is vegetarian). This would have been much less annoying if they firstly knew what they had in stock or not and secondly if they had the courtesy to ask us if we wanted something else, not just give us chicken anyway.

Also my main came out about twenty minutes before anyone else's, and about ten minutes before my entree. I must say it was not particularly pleasant sitting at the table eating alone whilst everyone else was left to wait almost forty minutes before they got their respective meals, each at different times also. I know Thai food never comes out all at the same time, but a forty minutes gap between the first and last dish was not acceptable. The waitresses and waiter were welcoming and nice but I don’t think they are trained very well which is a real shame coz the food is so good here that this restaurant could have a lot of potential. After making a complaint we were offered a discount of one less dish on the bill.

The ambience is not bad. It’s a nice cosy restaurant with really nice decorations and a good feel to it...but again it was difficult to appreciate it fully because of the terrible service. Should also note, it was incredibly difficult to actually make a booking for this place. We tried about five times during the day to make a booking by phone but no one picked up our call until the fifth try. It’s a shame to say neither my family nor I will be returning to dine in.

Wi Marn has lovely decor and feels like a real resting place away from busy help street in chatswood. Came here for lunch and had the duck pad see ew and a whole fried fish shared between friends and some steamed rice. Food was fantastic. Service was polite and nice. Was a bit of a challenge to have to then get back to work after that lunch!

Our A Table for Six members who dined a Wi Marn recently gave mixed feedback on their experience. One of our members commented that the food was nice but found parking to be a problem. She had to park illegally as most streets within a 3-5 block radius were either no stopping zones or offer only about a half a dozen spots. Another member commented that he had a lovely meal.

Great food. Although, I find the food is better when this place is not as busy. Sometimes the rice can be a bit overcooked. The curries and stir-frys are nice. All of the staff are so nice, and I have always found the service to be friendly and attentive. However, I think the prices could be a bit lower. Once I ordered a red curry to take away and the only vegetable in my curry was zucchini with a bit of tofu, which I found quite disappointing since I paid $17 for this dish.
