I had a voucher for a $350 Ultimate Clean that was meant to include:

'a complete interior clean that disinfects and conditions, then the dash and side doors are rejuvenated with Armor All, a leather conditioner cleans and makes for a softer seat with protection for six months, a vacuum and wipe down of all interior surfaces and a spray of that clean and new car smell'

All they did was vacuum the inside and maybe wipe down the dash! There was no disinfectant smell at all, they didn't treat the leather at all, not even wipe it down, dust on the steering column, dirt on the electric window buttons, streak marks on the windows. When you open the doors the rubbers were still dirty and clogs of dirt still there.

A real botch job. If I was given this wash for $60 at my usual mob I would have complained, instead this was meant to be their $350 Ultimate. Since I was in a hurry I didn't really check it out until I was on my way back to the office. I tried calling them to speak to a manager but they had incoming call restrictions!

I think I'll stick with who I usually use, much much better! This was a rip off!
