Such a warm, welcoming and friendly place. I love how with all the curries, noodles and stirfry's, you have the option of beef/lamb/chicken/tofu/prawns etc (the list goes on!). They must be doing a fantastic job, as a restaurant to last this long in todays hospitality industry is a true achievement.

My husband and I enjoy eating at We Are Thai. The staff are friendly and always make sure that we are enjoying our food. The food is always tasty and plentiful we can never eat it all! Keep up the good work Peggy, Pinny and team! We always recommend you to friends looking for a good affordable Thai meal. PS. The sweet and sour pork is a favourite!

We have been going to We Are Thai for 12 years. It has always been fantastic and still is. The food is always fresh and delicious (they make the best spring rolls), and the service is warm and efficient. Now that my husband is severely disabled, they always look after him with grace and respect.

I am very surprise at the rating of this establishment, as the quality of the meals rapidly went downhill. I previously patronised this restaurant now and then, however, would never go back. Not unless they pick their game up, but this is doubtful. Unfortunately, the quality of the meals really went downhill, the curries were all sauce with hardly any meat, and swimming in fat. Avoid at all costs!

I am very surprise on your comments as well, we have been operate this restaurant for 16 years, most of our customers always have some meals left enough to take home for their next meals, never once anyone comments on this issue at all. I always walk around and double check with customer’s satisfactions normally their feed back is great amount per dish for a good value!!!

We only can do our best, and we realize that in this business we can’t please everyone! But for sure we always give our best and we don’t think we can pick our game up anymore because we always keep our service and quality up to the high standard. We can live with the criticism if we are performing to our best but we need to be able to look at ourselves honestly and say that we are doing the best we can.

Lastly we still have a lot of repeat customers for more than 16 years who always come back to enjoy their meals, which is make our days!!

Have been going to We Are Thai for years. Always delicious. If I phone Friday Peggy will get us a fresh snapper from market to cook whole on Saturday. That is the best! Peck's special aromatic authentic Thai dish is a real winner also. Excellent value for money.

We were introduced to the restaurant by friends, and just had to come back. We had the "Angels of the Sea" and the "Roasted Duck Red Curry" and both were just gorgeous. The seafood came on a sizzling hotplate, and had the most wonderfully tasty sauce, with just enough chilli to make it interesting. The curry was smooth and rich and creamy, just perfect. We'll definitely be back.

I can't comment on noisiness, as some other reviewers have, because we dined very early, before the restaurant had filled up (our usual tactic).

It is fairly standard Thai food, it will not blow you away but then again, it will not disappoint. It is, perhaps, a little pricey considering this but not enough that I would not order again. I have only ordered home delivery so cannot comment about the service, except to say that the delivery person has always been friendly, or the ambience.

My wife and I have been to this restaurant many times. The food has always been great and the service friendly. We have taken many friends to "We are Thai" and all have been back. It is BYO and there is a bottle shop close by. It can get a bit noisy at times but I do not mind the sound of people enjoying themselves.

Always a pleasure to eat at this local Thai. Good value, wide range of meals with generous helpings. Chef's Specials worth a try. Tonight we had the Special Omelette which was superb. Pleasant, friendly yet unobtrusive service. On a busy night, it can get noisy with larger groups but book a table near the window and you'll be OK.
