Stunning surroundings, but totally let down by rude service. The senior staff would not even give us the courtesy of coming to our table to speak to us over the mis-labeling of wine in their menu. When you are paying $100 for a bottle of wine that you can purchase for $20 in a bottleshop, then at least you should receive common courtesy.

I had not been back here in years and was glad to see the decor had changed, but the drinks and the service had not. The staff were great and I had full confidence in my bartender David leaving the way though the menu. This is the way a bar should be!!

I went back to Water Bar last week and wow! It has had a complete renovation and the place looks stunning. The booth areas are still there, as are the big comfortable lounges, but the look is amazing. The good news is that the drinks haven't changed one bit, they're still amazing! I had the marlena, lots of fresh raspberries, vodka and cranberry.
And the menu says that it was made with love! The staff are really helpful and know when to leave you alone. A good DJ (I think I have seen her at Hemmesphere, so not sure what previous review meant) helped things along nicely. Only drawback, it closes at midnight.

Beautiful building, drinks are awesome, bar staff are very welcoming and are more than willing to have a chat, a few sour faced wait staff. This place is screaming out for a live house dj on friday and saturday nights to create and even better vibe.

This place looks amazing. The drink is great. So I don't think it is over-priced. You must consider to pay a higher price if you want to go somewhere decent.
The service is pretty average though. But I'm coming here for the yummy cocktail and ambience.

What a venue! Great drinks, staff without any attitude. Makes for a very enjoyable night out. Organised a birthday here and the staff were very helpful in planning the night. It went perfectly, with great platters of food and excellent service staff. Book a booth and sit back and enjoy the unpretentious atmosphere.

The place is beautiful - the lights and the ambience are perfect. The only downfall was that it's not cheap and the service was rather pitiful and the security men were just rude. The berry Fizz cocktaill was truly yummy but at $16 it should be.
Also what's with it closing at 11.00pm. We just arrive and the place closes, wasn't happy with that

This is without a doubt the best cocktail bar I have ever been to. It is a bit pricey but you certainly do get what you pay for. If you don't know what to order, speak to the bartenders because they can't seem to recomend a flop. What an experience.

Just loved coming here as everything was great. Beautiful place, mind you I did go there with a girlfriend in the late afternoon, not many people there.
