Water Bar at BLUE offers the flexibility to accommodate any sized function group for cocktail events or launches. Water Bar at BLUE can be booked for exclusive use events for up to 500 standing.
Water Bar at BLUE has built itself a solid reputation as a function venue in both the corporate and private sectors. A key part of this success is due to the flexibility in our function packages allowing each client the ability to tailor a package that meets their interest and requirements.
Canapés and Beverages can be charged on a consumption basis or as a package. Pre-selection is required prior to your event. We would liaise with you during your event to ensure you achieve the minimum spend and your set budget.

A very nice and cool bar, love coming here, after work or before a nice meal on the wharf it has a great ambience.

Have been here plenty of times but was let down last Thursday when I bought some friends from work, the website clearly says the happiest hour from 5 pm - 7 pm and has some promotions on beer, wine and spirits during these hours. However, the staff had no idea there was such a thing and were quite brusque when I mentioned that they had a happy hour. Simple answer guys update the website or train your staff.

I will be back, as I always am and hope the service has improved.

Simply stunning! I had my partner's birthday celebration here last weekend for a group of around 30, and it exceeded almost every expectation! The interior alone makes this place worth a visit, but the selection and quality of the drinks and the food was the highlight. Well presented staff who were friendly and not stuck up (zeta bar staff take note!) just topped the night off! I only wish they were open for longer!

Stunning surroundings, but totally let down by rude service. The senior staff would not even give us the courtesy of coming to our table to speak to us over the mis-labeling of wine in their menu. When you are paying $100 for a bottle of wine that you can purchase for $20 in a bottleshop, then at least you should receive common courtesy.

I had not been back here in years and was glad to see the decor had changed, but the drinks and the service had not. The staff were great and I had full confidence in my bartender David leaving the way though the menu. This is the way a bar should be!!

I went back to Water Bar last week and wow! It has had a complete renovation and the place looks stunning. The booth areas are still there, as are the big comfortable lounges, but the look is amazing. The good news is that the drinks haven't changed one bit, they're still amazing! I had the marlena, lots of fresh raspberries, vodka and cranberry.

And the menu says that it was made with love! The staff are really helpful and know when to leave you alone. A good DJ (I think I have seen her at Hemmesphere, so not sure what previous review meant) helped things along nicely. Only drawback, it closes at midnight.

Beautiful building, drinks are awesome, bar staff are very welcoming and are more than willing to have a chat, a few sour faced wait staff. This place is screaming out for a live house dj on friday and saturday nights to create and even better vibe.
