Service was a bit slow considering there weren't many tables at the time. Entree was served on time, but we waited a really long time for our mains. After the wait I expected the food to be good, but it wasn't anything great, pretty ordinary. They have a good choice of smoothies though. Given the choice I would not visit again.

I just attended Volcanos with my family and I must say I was very disappointed. First it took my food about 40 min to come out and it looked like they had this kitchen staff in the kitchen with dirty clothes that kept staring at my table instead of cooking my food.

The food was ok but then I complained to the staff who looked angry as soon as I walked in why it's taking long and he just gave me some bull about service and his dreams for volcanos and how hungry he always is. After we ate I asked for the senior staff as they overcharged me and this guy comes running saying he's the senior staff and he looked like he was 6 years old so I just laughed because they wouldn't budge on the price then the staff said if you don't pay I'll eat your children so I paid.

Went when they first opened and it was great. Second time a week later and it was shocking. Third time a week after that and it was shocking again. One more chance, 4th visit a few months later and portion smaller, service smaller, food tasted better than times 2 and 3, so very hard to accurately review inconsistency. Service was always good but ultimately, the food is what is being scored, go at your own risk.

My partner and I visited Volcano's and would visit again! In our opinion the steaks are what you would visit for. Obviously a steak house but we found the chicken burger to be very basic. Otherwise very tasty starters too and good choice of juices/smoothies etc. Staff are lovely and helpful! Prices are a bit expensive but you won't ever leave hungry!

Clearly one of the better steakhouses in the greater Canterbury-Bankstown area. I dine here atleast once a week. Although the service can be improved (time it takes for our meals to cook) by the time our food arrives it's worth the wait. Highly recommended!

I visit this place at least once a week. The food is sensational, servings a huge and the service is always good. I recommend this place to any steak and ribs lovers.

Nothing positive to say really. I took my 6 year old there and the nuggets meal was small. I ordered the lamb ribs and they were just awful! Dry with very little meat. I had to ask for drink three times. It was also really pricey. I certainly will never go there again nor will I recommend it to anyone I like. Disappointed.

Food was average, but the main problem is, they do not serve alcohol or allow BYO. For a restaurant of this type, it is important for some people to have a good beer or wine with their meal. I understand this is a halal restaurant but they should cater for everyone, just as other restaurants would not serve alcohol to them because of their religious beliefs, but allow others to have a drink.

I find this restaurant to be unaccommodating to the majority of Australians. Other restaurants would not force them to drink alcohol but this restaurant forces us to Not drink it. I find this unfair and rude. Our recommendation is to go somewhere else in Strathfield, their food is excellent, service is excellent, and they will make everyone happy islamic or otherwise.

Accidents happen, our order was accidentally forgotten which is ok. The food was nice salad yum but mostly average. Although the senior staff came to apologize it was more of a 'reason' than an apology which was exaggerated by the fact that we were fasting and waited 40 minutes. Disappointed when we received the bill to see that they had not even offered a 'token' discount as a sign of good faith. I may go back but I wouldn't recommend it to friends as despite the accident I don't feel the price accurately represents the quality of food.
