    The guys at Vision Bondi Junction are great. They are all friendly and they all seem to know you, even though you may be another trainer's client. They have a few group sessions which are a great way to get to know people with common goals as you. Other people tjhat go there a re usually quite friendly. Matt is fantastic as a trainer, trying to get the most out of you, pushing you without hurting you.
