Vespa is a great little local restaurant. We have now eaten all 3 meals here and have not been disappointed. The food is consistently good , service friendly and atmosphere relaxed but attentive as well. We thoroughly recommend Vespa for breakfast lunch and dinner. It's very kid friendly too.

Came here for breakfast last week and was great. The food was so yummy and we had a really pleasant time. Its hard to see the place from the road but is definitely a hidden treasure in Gladesville.

Have had meals here three times now. Each time the food has been on par with those served in fine dining restaurants (though a lot cheaper). Never had problems with service.

We've been living in the Gladesville area for nearly 2 years but we've never visited the Vespa cafe/restaurant. Today our power was out so we went for breakfast. As soon as we came in and sat at a table we were greeted by great staff, and a brilliant cafe. We went for coffee (great coffee!), the Italian breakfast (sausage, scrambled eggs and toast) and eggs benedict.

My wife ordered the eggs benedict and it was perfect, and that is saying something as she travels a lot and its a breakfast that can really be messed up. Not here! The service was great, full of happy staff. And on top of that a breakfast, and 4 coffees was $37.

Will definitely go again. Next we'll try their dinners, as we spotted the nice outdoor area at the back. We would definitely recommend.

I recently visited Sydney and whilst staying with friends we ate out at Vespa. This restaurant is a fantastic family run Italian with great food and friendly service. The Scotch Fillet is a particular highlight as is the regional Italian specials often on offer.

Vespa serves great quality, fresh and authentic Italian cuisine. They also do fantastic coffee and really good value breakfasts. I recently moved into the Gladesville area and it has quickly become a regular haunt of mine. The service is attentive but relaxed and super friendly. We often take out 4 month old with us for brunch on a Sunday and they could not be more accomodating. The best restuarant we have been to in Sydney.

Very odd little establishment. Food is ok, and ambience inside is nice and vibey. (Courtyard is pretty awful). But staff are more concerned with talking to each other and kicking people out by 10pm than with making customers feel welcome. Totally ruins what should be a good experience.

Had to go to Gladesville so dropped in here with a relative for lunch. The risotto and pasta were tasty, servings adequate, coffee fine, we didn't bother with dessert so I can't comment. Meal was pricewise ok. Service was pleasant and efficient.

Very disappointed in this one. Way overpriced for the quality and quantity of the food. $20+ pasta mains leave you feeling hungry and $13 salad was just rocket leaves and parmesan. Sorbet in the $12 dessert was half melted. The service was friendly but really slow. We won't be going again.
