Eaten there twice. First time was good, second time our dinner took 3 hours. Ridiculous! Horrible service. Everytime we asked where our food was, we got excuses that it was a busy night (problem was people who came in after us were already eating!). The pricing is higher than other Indonesian restaurants in the area but you expect that with the ambience it offers. Food was good but then again there's many other Indonesian restaurants in the area that offers dishes that are better than just "good" and it won't take you three hours to have dinner!

Have eaten here several times and found the food to be very good - maybe more expensive than usual Indonesian food but you must remember you are also paying for the ambience of the restaurant which definitely an eye catcher. If you want cheap - go elsewhere - if you want atmosphere try Ubud - can get a bit noisy from all the stone surroundings but definitely worth a try. I would recommend this restaurant.

We tried to make a reservation at this venue (5 calls) and was continually answered by a recordered message. When we approached management regarding having the courtesy to return calls, the manager at the time simply palmed the issue off. He stated that he did not make the booking schedule up and that they did not return calls as this was not part of their service. Surely a simple quick call could keep everyone happy and potential customers smiling. We (4 people ) were not made welcome and decided due to the rudeness and abruptness of the manager to leave.

Best Indonesian food I've had for a long time. The duck pancakes were delicious, the lumpia perfect and the beef with chilli evil - just how I like it. Rendang was slightly tame, in a richer than usual sauce. Noisy, chaotic place, incredibly popular on a Friday. We'll be back.

We went for dinner a couple of weeks ago and the restaurant is so nice the way it has been decked out. The food was very nice although not worth the money you pay - I had a main grilled prawns which was around $30.00 and it only had like 3-4 prawns which wasn't very filling.

The duck pancakes had hardly any duck and was quite scabby. We complained and the manager explained that the prawns were jumbo-although you can't eat the heads can you? We were offered nothing-not even one free meal and my boyfriend told the staff he had to go to Mcdonalds because he was still hungry!

Food isnt too bad I guess, but knowing the ins and outs of Indonesian cuisine, it's not spectacular either. In fact some of the dishes aren't really Indonesian dishes, they taste good nonetheless. Service...can be better but offset bt the beautiful interior (and bathrooms!). Quite pricey though, especially when you can get great tasting food up the road in Kingsford Junction. I guess you pay for the atmosphere, will be back but not regularly due to value.

Deliciously flavoursome food cooked perfectly. The inside made me think I was back in Indonesia itself. We've been there a couple of times now and both times found the place very noisy to the point of not understanding each others conversation. Otherwise terrific value and great authentic food.

We went to Ubud for my boyfriend's graduation dinner and we had the most awesome time! The food was delicious, however the servings were a little small... but the food and ambience make up for it. It is now officially my favourite restaurant!

Delicious food, very friendly service, great ambience and value for money. If you've been to Bali/Indonesia, shut your eyes, listen and breathe in..... you'll know what I mean :)

Some of the best food I have had, great look and feel to the restaurant, service is great and always with a smile. The WaiterPads the staff use are amazing!!
