Can't say enough positive things about this little place. I had stopped going for breakie in Manly cause I found most places to be overpriced and average in the food department, until I found The Troubadour. Great people, really nice food and well priced. So glad it was packed, as they deserve all of the success that comes their way. See you next weekend.

Easily has the best BLT in Sydney. I have taken many friends who have been skeptical of this and converted every single one of them. Also - great coffee.

Eventhough a good dining experience is not only the food that you eat it is also the atmosphere I still think that the quality of the food is what will really make my dining experience stand out, well this was an experience that really stood out!

First of all I really liked the table set up as we arrived in a tapas style, including the look of tapas plates end cutlery. The menu contains four differents starters and four different mains and because we were four I got to taste a little bit of everything.

To me the taste, the presentation,the quantity and the speed of service was close to perfection. Really really delicious duck liver pate, goat's cheese salad, silver dory. I will leave a bit of suspense and not reveal the whole menu!

The live music was subtle and created a very nice atmosphere, yet intimate and not too loud which is always nice. To finish with, the pricing is very fair and it's a very affordable night out including live music, you must try it and will not be disappointed!

Just what the doctor ordered. Uber friendly staff, fabulous coffee in a funky old house that's not overstyled. Have a peek through the backdoor through to their enchanted courtyard. Not easy to find parking in this neck of the woods so if you can, hoof it. Just noticed their new dinner menu up on the blackboard which looks inviting. Gorgeous Barista says their new chef is "very talented" and if their eggs benedict are a hint at whats on offer, you are in for a treat! What is the secret to their hollandaise (apart from love)?

My GF and I were driving in to Manly for Breakfast. I saw this little place out of the corner of my eye and pulled over straight away! The full breakfast was delicious and generous. Great mushrooms, perfect eggs and bacon, interesting toast (not the boring stuff) and lots of other trimmings. I wasn't so keen on the chorizo (would love to see some other interesting sausage). We thought the people working there (or maybe owning) were cheery and the courtyard had lots of character (and cool cushions). It's the sort of place you will tell your friends about. Definitely going back there.

I dropped in for a coffee after a motorbike ride, and I loved this place, the coffee was the best soy latte I have ever had, I also got the little shot glass of mineral water and a scotch finger. The place had such a nice vibe, and sat well with me, having a menu consisting of free range and organic/fair trade produce. Bravo! I will call in again and sample some of the food. I am normally non plussed about cafes but this place made me smile and staff were lovely.

Kick ass eggs Benedict, the best in manly, coffee is solid and they do it with a little glass of water on the side (how good is that!), nice courtyard out the back that was sunny the morning we went. Haven't tried the rest of the menu yet, seems to be typical breakfast/ lunch type menu. It would be great if they put some seating out on the sidewalk. Really cool place.
