The food was amazing, service fast, food came pretty quick. The guy and the girl who were serving us were very polite and friendly. Will comeback for sure! The prices are not too cheap, but I can't say they are too above average. The mains are around $25, pizza around $16-18, I think. Yet again, the quality of food, the taste, the size of serving was great!

I dine at Tradewinds frequently and it's such a pleasure to go there. Every experience there has been great. There are plenty of dishes to select from. The food is very nice and fresh and the service is excellent. The host and the waitresses are always friendly and attentive. In particular, the steaks are scintillating; the chicken schnitzels are the largest I've ever seen and the pancakes are to die for. I've been going to Tradewinds for almost 15 years and will continue to do so for many years to come. Thanks for making every dining experience an excellent one.

I expected more. The service was ok, but it took so long for the food to come out. Its getting very expensive I think.

I go into Tradewinds maybe once a week, I always return because I cannot get past the lovely serving and the speed at which the meals arrive at our table.
Last night my best friend and I had entree, mains and dessert. For entree we had garlic bread and calamari, this would have to be the best garlic bread I've ever had! And the calamari (served with garlic mayo) was to die for!

For mains I had a fantastic mushroom risotto which was an absolute pleasure to enjoy! My friend had the fillet steak served with mash potato and diane sauce on a bed of roast vegetables. He asked for it to be cook medium, it was served perfectly!

For dessert I had a piece of chocolate mousse cake with icecream and cream, Oh My Lord! Enough said! My friend had the chocolate waffles which smelled absolutely divine! Mind you they were gone in a matter of minutes!

The service was fantastic, we were greeted with a beautiful smile from the waitress, I think her name was Laura or Lauren. When she sat us she suggested some meals which was a really nice help! She bought us water to start. My friend was asking quite specific questions about a meal which she knew the answer to without having to check with the chef which can be quite time consuming.

She ordered from us quite quickly, served our meals very hot, made sure we were set and even made conversation with us while we waited (shes so funny!) a most pleasant young lady! She made our visit delightful.

We finished the night with some of the nicest coffee I've had in a long long time. Now I understand when the waitress told us they got busy with takeaways during the day! Amazing coffee, really creaming and served really hot! Just perfect.
We highly recommend this restaurant!

Very expensive, charging restaurant prices for small servings! Spag Bol very ordinary and Caesar Salad pre-made and tasteless. Waitress forgot our order and only after asking twice was it brought out. Can't believe they were vacuuming (full on loud industrial vacuum cleaner) when there were customers in the cafe! Hello, this wasn't even a quick clean either it went on for about 20 minsute. Flat whites are watery. The nicest waitress is the young girl with the short black hair (she smiles).

I have been going to this place for a while. Day by day service is getting worst. Every 1 or the other month they keep on making the quantity lesser and lesser at the same time increasing price. Staff attitude was just too rude and blunt. I would say customer service can be rated negative. Overall our saturday got spoilt. All of us were very upset. Would never visit this place again.

We 've been to this restaurant and we had a bad experience here in regards to the quantity of food and quality of service. One of the senior service lady was too arrogant and she didn't have etiquettes of dealing with the customers. They serve very less quantity as compared to the value of the food. When questioned about this at the counter, the senior staff commented in a very disgusted manner "Don't listen to them" as if we are losers.
