Went to Darling Harbour with some overseas guests and had lunch at Toros. Enjoyed our meals and service was friendly. Will definitely return and enjoy the view.

Had a great dinner with the entire family at Toros. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty and great value for money. Great food, great service, great view! We'll definitely return!

We were impressed by the menu at first but it went downhill from there.

The food wasn't very nice, portions were absolutely tiny, and ridiculously overpriced. We were offered extra bread and had to end up paying for it, and we had to ask for the bill 3 times. It took more time waiting for the bill than it took to actually eat the food. $85 later, and with no drinks and we were still hungry. A waste of time and money.

Had some tapas and paella. Both were terrible. Having eaten spanish food extensively in sydney. I know that spanish food can be better than this.

Had breakfast here on the weekend. It was a great way to start the day. The eggs were cooked perfectly and everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed their food also. It was a beautiful view and the waitstaff were very friendly. Would love to eat here again if I am in the area again.

Great view and outlook, ok food and service. That about sums it up. Not bad, not good - nice location right on the water when the weather is nice.

I have been here twice and on both occasions have had great food. Their service can be a bit hit and miss depending on who serves you, they should really take time in training and educating their waitstaff as most of the ones we get are european backpackers that are hard to understand if you are asking about a particular dish.

The Sangria is served in a great looking (not actually sure what to call it) holder with a tap, from memory it came in 1 ltr or 2 ltr? Standouts are the oysters with albarino granite, pork belly and duck shanks. Their take on paella is by far the tastiest of all the ones I've tried around Sydney, must try "Toro's Paella". I am looking forward to the next time I come here!

We came here on a Saturday night for dinner. Ambience was good and the Darling Harbour fireworks worked in their favour. Service was friendly and attentive. However, the tapas we ordered were rather bland in flavour, the only tasty thing was the aioli from the king prawns. The servings were also too small. We've had better spanish tapas elsewhere for similar pricing in the city.

Went for a quick meal, tried the tapas, looked good, but no taste at all, having eating at the spanish restaurante in glebe point road, this one fall short badly, the pork belly and duck tapas was short of flavour and their pizza was different, not bad but would not go back better places around DH, although I did not try the paella maybe that is what they do well, as none of the other tapas I tried was good.

This place does some things well in terms of food. However, the service is sub-standard. The owner sets out to save himself some money by employing young asian waitstaff to work in a Spanish restaurant which is fine if their English was more than passable. It was not! We ordered additional tapas and discovered 30 minutes later that the waiter had not put the order into the kitchen.

Between 4 people we spent $250 on fairly ordinary food and the water we ordered to accompany our food never materialised. What made the experience worse was a floating pontoon of performing children to a background of loud recorded music brought to us by some dance academy which was drumming up business only 20 metres from our table. Can't suggest this one at all.
