Lunch Our full menu is available during lunch service, offering you the very best in Italian cuisine.

Wow! what a lovely Restaurant we have found in Five Doch. We Love Italian food and found this lovely restaurant Tipico perfect. Location was easy to find the service team were very friendly and very professional. I had a long chat with the New Owner named Frank and found him to be a really nice guy. Frank has monthly specials, showcasing a region in Italy of the local foods his chefs prepare not to mention the Pizza's and lot's of other choices you can have. Well done Frank and your Team at Tipico I will be back and bringing my friends for sure. See you soon Frank.

Well worth the trip to Five Dock to discover a new modern Italian restaurant. I'm a big foodie and my expectation are extremely high regarding the "wow" factor and whether or not I would come back again...the answer is a definite yes.

The stuffed Zucchini flowers, the deliciously light pizzas, the melt off the bone Osso Bucco, the blue cheese Gnocchi were all hits, my tip for a group is try a whole selection of starters and few mains to share, as we were quite full and didn't have much room left for desserts, which was also excellent.

Been to Tipico some time ago and revisited last weekend. We found out it was under new management and were surprised that it was even better than before!
The food, service, ambience, location and free parking made it a great experience and we'll definitely all be going back soon. A must try!

Took my mum there for dinner for Mothers Day 8/5/2011 only to find out the restaurant was under new management but was willing to give it a try, ordered grilled white bait for entree it was more like a smelly omelette (work that out), all you could taste was egg, topped it off with seafood in tomato sauce (more like seafood in water), asked for meat well done ended up with blue meat (bloody) and the best of all was the senior staff who was so rude and arrogant.

I have never in my life felt so disrespected and treated like dirt, he also then said he did not appreciate my mum calling out for the waitress so loudly (my mum is deaf in one ear) the whole experience was embarrassing for me as I thought I was taking my mum out to a fine dining Italian restaurant. Best thing about this place was the coke I ordered and a friendly waitress who we feel sorry for to be working for this poor excuse of a senior staff who has no business or communication skills.

I bet my life he will be out of Five Dock soon, rude people like that do not last and being Italian I know how food supposed to taste, the kitchen staff needs to go back to cooking classes..Yuk!

We had been meaning to get here for a while and finally made it and it was worth the wait. Had the special pizza with potato, zuchinni, proscutto and mozerlla cheese. A fantastic wood fired number up there with my favoutites around town.

Canalloni with spinach & ricotta was next and definatly up to scratch. To finish it off a Tiramisu which was beautiful. Service was super friendly and very quick for a Saturday night without a booking.

The only downside, a pet hate of mine (don't let this stop you going to enjoy the great food and service) is when we were given the bill in an AMEX wallet, the waitress returned a minute later to give back my AMEX card to let us know they didn't accept AMEX...! Get some new bill wallets people or hit up you preferred card folks for their promo ones!

Very good reference for Italian cuisine. We come here very often to enjoy and discover new "specials". The service is really good and people very friendly too.

We're very lucky to call this restaurant our local! My favorites: Best Bruschetta I've eaten outside of italy. Great pizza with thin base and fresh topping. Superb Tiramisu. The staff is really friendly and you get great value for money. Can highly recommend!

I had the vegetarian calzone and my husband the gnocchi Napoli, both were tasteless and bland. We also ordered a garlic pizza starter, salty and tasteless as well. Sticky date dessert and gelato were delicious, decor nice and good service. Would not return purely because of the tasteless meals.
