Well I guess maybe someone was having a bad day the service has always been the best, a friendly smile and a warm hello by the staff. Its always a happy and warm place and it the only place to go in Liverpool. Joe has always made the best cup and has trained Charbel very well. As for the service yes I have waited 10 minutes but when you're sure its the best drop in Liverpool whats a few minutes when you're sure to get the best very time.

Enjoyed a lovely pot of tea and a lemon and lime tart. My husband had pancakes as well as a coffee, which he said was excellent. He's fairly particular about coffee, so that's praise indeed.

Coffee and cakes were excellent. Service was dreadful. I waited 15 minutes for a takeaway coffee. I was about to walk away when given my coffee. Just prior to receiving my coffee, a man who was evidently a regular customer was given his coffee although he had only just arrived and ordered. There was no apology or excuse offered for the wait or why other's were served quicker than me.

I have to agree with the other comments, lovely coffee. I always go the Double Shot Large Latte, and especially when Max is behind the counter its even better.
Won't go anywhere else in Liverpool.

Best coffee especially if max is making it, they have a few coffee shops one in bankstown too. jenny is also a lovely lady-keep up the good work guys!!!

Best coffee in liverpool westfields at least, all the competitors do not deliver. Although a bit more expensive, the quality of the coffee is substantially better through the taste. I recommend mocha and toasted banana bread combination, it's the perfect snack.
