Their ambience isn't that good, I mean I know that this is a Vietnamese restaurant but they always put loud Vietnamese songs (and no, we don't want to hear loud music when we eat). The food was cheap and the waitresses are nice because we were a regular. I love the satay sauce dip (for soups) because it got fresh lemon grass in it. I like their Pho and Vermicelli soup, and their crispy chicken is very nice too. I'll go there again one day.
The service was terrible and slow. We were waiting for ages, diners that arrived before us had their food arriving before ours. The waitress then said the rice noodles have run out just then and that the egg noodles were the only option. It seemed that diners that arrived after us took the last rice noodles. We stormed out. We were regulars until this and we will never go back.
They are very stingy on their special Thang Long noodle soup. You can count all three (3) super thin slices of pork in the noodle soup! You used to get at least double that amount before. I've always been to this place for the Thang Long noodle soup but now there's no reason to go there anymore!
Their speciality is the Vermicelli house special. Service is annoyingly slow for a Vietnamese restaurant but prices are cheap and are of above average quality.
