I went there a while ago and I had chicken and cashew nuts for my meal and it was so yummy then they bought me out a birthday cake and it was very good! Certainly lived up to it's name, it was definitely Thaitastic!

We had dinner here the other night as part of a group of ten people. As a new restaurant we were keen to see how the food was given the flash fitout and location.

The food did not disappoint, in fact it was one of the best Tai meals I have eaten, and by far the best in Manly. It was better than restaurants in the city that charge twice as much!

Stand outs were the Miang Pla Grob and Cocopandan Prawns for starters and the Pad cha Talai for mains. Everyone in the group loved their food especially those who had a banquet option which kept coming and coming and a bargain at $40 per head.
Give this place a go, you will not be disappointed. They deliver to!

This new Thai restaurant is well fitted out and has both indoor and outdoor seating. The decor is appealing and comfortable.

Being only recently opened, it appears to be attracting a steady crowd of first timers who wish to try it out.

However, the food was extremely ordinary to substandard, as is the service.

Food is brought out at only 1 dish at a time, no matter how many there are at the table, so each entree and main is brought out one at a time, presuming every dish is to be shared. The staff whilst pleasant, have to be snared in order to get service, which service is very slow and disorganised when they get busy.

As for the food, the BBQ octopus entree was burnt to partial charcoal, charred from having been left on the grill way too long. The chef's special chicken with cashew nuts main course was chewy, and rubbery like a rubber gumboot, as was the satay chicken entree. The mango salad was equally unimpressive.

All in all, sadly the food and the slow service was eminently forgettable. Will not bother to return.

This new Thai restaurant in Stockland shopping centre in Balgowlah is really quite nice. Definitely not your usual Aussie Thai joint, but more the hip Bangkok look, with food pretty much to match. Magnificent starter of scallops, juicy flavour bombs! We had a green curry with roti, and a pad thai, and both were great too, although the green curry if anything was maybe a bit too creamy (thinking of our waistlines).

Good service, nice decor, reasonable prices. We saw the place was packed when walking past on a Tuesday night, surely a good sign.

An update: Been here a couple of times since, and the food is as good as always, but the service could be better. Waited for an inordinate amount of time for the mains on a Friday night, and then they arrived in dribs and drabs, to the extent that we had long waits between individual mains, which was especially a problem considering dietary requirements for some. Not sure what's going on, but this seems to be a problem with quite a few Thai restaurants of late.
