Possibly the worst thai I've tasted.

I bought a living social voucher, what a waste of money that was. We arrived at the empty restaurant on a Friday night, only to be told we needed to book if we had a voucher (this was not stated anywhere on the voucher or T & Cs) They begrudging let us sit down, and then told us what we could Not have from the menu a part of the deal (again - not mentioned anywhere on voucher).

After settling on pad thai and red chicken curry, two basics that anyone could make using a packet mix from the supermarket. The food arrived, it was tasteless, bland and vaguely resembled thai food.

With so many other thai options in Neutral Bay, do yourself a favour and never eat here! I won't be returning...ever.

My story of terror starts with the first phone call. Aparently the lamb that's on the menu is not available and beef is not understood as meat, no I don't understand that either. We were then told pick up was over an hour and never asked our name. When we arrived, we were told our order was never made and "what's your name?"... sigh... After 5 minutes of arguing, we said, "what's that box there?", "that's vegetable noodle, no mushroom", "yes that's what we ordered" (BTW, it still had mushroom in it).

My friend's order also wasn't ready so we needed to wait another 10mins. The person in queue after us started to order and had so much trouble they gave up and left. On the up side, the food tasted quite good apart from the 3x serving of mushroom and the serious lack of meat in the other dishes. Oh, and there was only one table full in the restaurant, so why 1 hour pickup for Thai? I don't expect they'll last.
