This restaurant has been the worst thai in term of service. On Saturday 21st. "Where can you find employees talking on their phone while they are taking order and serving food." Simply just put their phone between her neck and her shoulder. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. Food came late but taste good.
Like the atmosphere but still need a very very big improve on service. And this is not your first time that get this behaviour. Probably need the top management come to have a touch on your awful service.
Eaten here three times, Thai beef salad is nice. Try the whole deep fried barramundi, it's not too bad but make sure you ask for it to come out with the rest of the meal as ours came out after we had finished our meal. I wouldn't eat any of the curries as most of the time the meat is too tough. The service is quick and the atmosphere is casual and overall not too bad for a local Thai.
Worst Thai we've had. Seems like these guys are attempting to satisfy the masses by "westernising" the Thai experience and plating up gluggy, heavy, yet incredibly bland servings lacking in the more complex flavours and textures quality Thai food is renowned for. Both curries we ordered were so overloaded with coconut cream you could not taste any other flavours. The rice was dry, overcooked and clearly not freshly steamed.
Service was friendly enough, however, quite slow considering we were one of only three tables in the place. Perhaps, if the staff spent less time shrieking and socialising in the kitchen, they could contentrate on dishing up some more impressive food. Look, we're all for a fun, relaxed dining experience, but the noisy chatter, shouting and shrieking coming from the kitchen was off-putting. Glad someone was having fun, because we weren't. Won't be back.
Although I've never come here for dinner, we come here often for their lunch specials, $12 per dish with a drink. The food is some of the best I've had, I'd recommend the pad thai, the spicy noodle and the massaman curry. The servings are average, although the quality of the food always leaved me wishing it had come in a larger serving.
The only problem I have is that the beef and chicken is always really thick, tough and chewy. With the curries, they give a really small amount of rice (compared to other restaurants). The food is quite consistent with the exception of the thai beef salad which varies in quality from time to time, but is still one of my favourite beef salads.
There isn't much service, as customers order and pay at the front and all the waiters really do is distribute the food, but the waiters are usually really nice.
I'd definitely recommend it to anyone as the food is really good and for $12, it's pretty good value!
Excellent food, service is a little slow and restaurant is crowded and noisy but the Prawns in Chili jam with Cashew nuts are worth it. This place has gone down hill big time, the food just not that nice and the restaurant has a greasy dirty feel to it, won't go back again.
We came here because it is very close to the movie theatre and had no idea what it would be like. What a treat, I enjoyed every mouthful and would come back for more. The Pad-Si-Iwe is just amazing. Well done. The service was a little slow but food more than made up for it.
One of the worst restaurants to have dinner. There was hardly any taste. All 6 of us had tasted the green and red chicken curry but it seemed like steamed and satay sauce, was watered down peanut butter.

Best Thai in rouse hill from what I've tried so far and believe me I've tried alot. The time in which the food arrives to your table is almost next to nothing, especially if you're in a rush to catch a movie or meet other friends. Very nice and cosy setup. Staff seem to all be authentic thai and they are very happy and helpful. I will give them 10 for food/value. Keep it up.
Absolutely terrible service, appalling! The staff there do not give a crap about their customers. They stood around talking in groups whilst we were trying to get their attention and were simply ignored, after all, all I wanted was a drink. There was only one decent guy that worked there, the rest simply do not deserve to have a job there.
The food is very average compared to the other Thai restaurants I have been to. I will not be back there as I would rather go somewhere where the staff are grateful to have you there because after all it’s the customer’s bills that pay their wages. Don’t waste your time by going here you will only get frustrated by the lack of service.
Eaten at this place 3 times so far, decent food, but always the worst service possible. Came back only to give them the benefit of the doubt. The staff there does not give a crap about the customers. They close at 10... walked in at 9, was rushed into ordering food and the food came around in less than 5 minutes. Was even handed over the bill while I was midway through a mouthful.
The girls were busy sweeping the floor next to us before we even started our mains, and ended with the entire staff sitting two tables away from us literally waiting for us to leave. All this was before 10 pm. Frankly, its not like I'm getting a freebie there to take this sort of rubbish. If this place is really more focused on the staff reaching home on time than their customers, then I wish them luck.
