Terrible! My partner and I waited over an hour for our food and when asked how long we would be waiting they said 5 minutes, another half hour later still nothing, when we asked again they seemed to have no recollection of our order, yet they saw us sitting there waiting for ages.

It seemed as though they ignored us, there was only about two other tables that had customers and it looked as though they didn't get their food either. The kitchen staff were cleaning as though there was no one left in the restaurant. Worst place ever!

Service was the worst! Hire people that can actually work, will never go back again.

This place is really not good! Oily food. How can noodles be oily? But these people manage it! The cuts of meat they use is chewy and fatty. Was hoping for that typical burst of flavours when you bite into Thai food, didn't get it.

Nice enough place to sit and chat and eat but the food was really not good, So Oily! The service was below average and the price at the end was a bit much for the crummy experience. Nope. Never again.

Worst service ever. I have never come across a waitress that hates their job so much. We waited about half an hour for our food and when I finally saw it, I actually went up to the pass and grabbed my food as the lady was too busy on her mobile. One of the dishes was wrong and we got no apology. The food was very bland also. Overall very disappointing!

Very Very busy, food came out quite fast, although there was a much longer wait on an Ice bucket and table water. Food is quite tasty, another dinner at my table was unimpressed by her Massaman Beef Curry, extra large hunks of meat (3 in the entire serve). Seating is not so comfy. It feel as though they cater for the in and out customers.

Thai Riffic at Miranda is better. Am a regular takeaway/delivery customer at Miranda but when we ordered the same dishes from the Cronulla restaurant, the food was not as good.

I agree with previous posters, this really was the worst service experience I have had in a long time. We waited 15 minutes to order and then had to ask them twice to come and take our order. Drinks were ordered and did not appear until requested again after quite a wait.

After about 40 minutes we were told they were out of chicken and we had to change our order. (perhaps, a blessing give earlier reviews). The service was surly and there were only about 6 other tables dining. The food was ok nothing special, the pad thai was quite good but the experience so disappointing I would not return.

I've been back a couple of times since my last review and I'm sorry to say the standard has slipped slightly. Once my partner ordered a chicken dish and the meat was pink (not healthy), and the service isn't as good as it used to be. Overall it's still a good place for a quick feed and I'll be back, but now I just stick to the dishes I trust (nothing with chicken) and know they do well.

I'd still recommend this restaurant, it still offers better value and service than a lot places in the Shire.

I hate to have to do this but I thought I could never eat a bad thai but this was the worst thai I have ever tasted, meat was full of fat and was far too hot for a mild dish.

The food is fantastic, as close to authentic Thai as you'll get. Quality and fresh ingredience are used and the tastes are sensational. Not too expensive either, dishes are around $12 for beef, chicken or pork. I love this place, can't wait to go back. yum yum!

This has to be one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. Food was OK - average, but the service was without exception the most appalling I've come across. Problem seems to be that takeaway is given priority to seated customers and the wait for food drags on and on and on. When one dish eventually arrived there was a 15 minutes wait for the 2 other dishes, in which time the rice (which had nothing to do with the meal that had arrived) went cold. Also its overpriced for what is very average thai. $26.50 for 3 prawns is totally acceptable where service exists, but not in a sardine can space with no service.
