The meals are small and you have insist on getting an entire drink it is a struggle for them to give you a can of soft drink as they charge you full price and only give you half a can in a glass, when asked why they just reply this is not my restaurant. The girl was smug and rude.

If I decide to ever eat here again I will bring my own drink, the food is not the best tasting thai I have ever had either save your money go elsewhere.

One of the best Thai restaurants that we have encountered in a long time. Servings were large for the price and we struggled to finish all the food. The sauces in the curries were superb. We were given extra rice at no charge which was a plus. The table was much larger than we were used to having in restaurants so there was ample room for all the dishes. A major plus.

Service was very quick and the food also came within a short time. What we didn't like was that it was too dark to read the drink menu and we struggled with the food menu as well. I asked for a torch in order to be able to choose a drink from the list but they didn't have one. We were offered some drinks from the list but declined as we could not choose one from the list ourselves due to the extremely bad lighting. Their loss.

One of the biggest complaints that customers have in food outlets today is not being able to read the menu. None of the staff smiled-probably tired from standing on their feet all night. Some brighter lights and a little smile would go a long way. We have not eaten in a Thai restaurant before where the staff didn't smile. Staff training in this respect is a must if they wish to survive, or don't the management care.

Unbelievable and horrible service. Service staff was very rude and manner-less. Food wasn't that great especially for the price you pay. I'd say the least impressive Thai food I've ever tasted. Definitely not worth the money. You'll go home with disappointment.

We ate the worst Massaman Curry on Saturday night that we have ever encountered when eating Thai. It was very dry. The service was terrible. They don't serve you the rice and just 'plonk' it on the table. Little touches like that make for better service. The girl never returned to clean our plates or ask us for dessert menu. We asked for our bill. Its a real shame that they call themselves a restaurant. The staff are not professional and need to be changed in my opinion.

We had lunch with family in Thai Paragon. I must say, this is the worst Thai restaurant I've ever tried. The customer service was horrible. The waitress was grumpy even for simple requests. And this was at lunchtime when we were still the only customer there. It's not like they're busy. The place was dirty. Our chairs have dried noodle strips stuck on them, and when we requested for them to be cleaned, the waitress came with such a grumpy look, and even argued that it's clean! There were puddles of water on the floor, which we even had to tell the waiter to wipe lest someone slipped on it.

The toilet was very dirty, and there was even no handsoap! The food was bad and they all have the same taste. And the portion was small relative to the price (mind you, these are priced $25 to $30!). For example, the prawn curry dish only has 3 pieces of prawns and lots of vegetables. It should have been called vegetable dish with prawns. The rice dishes are just rice! For the quality and the quantity, the price is overly expensive. We will never go back to this restaurant! And I strongly recommend you not to... or you will get disappointed!

The worst Thai restaurant I have ever been to! The service staff were grumpy and slow they forgot about our table too (And it wasn't even busy!). The Panang curry we had was rather bland and over priced considering the amount you got.
The bathrooms need a good scrub! Do yourself a favor and never go there, Much Better Thai places around the corner from there on Concord Rd, North Strathfield.

We had the most enjoyable time having dinner here. Bear in mind that this review is coming from an asian foodie who is very well acquainted with good asian cuisine! :)

1. The decor and ambience is excellent - we loved the interior decorations and they were playing a relaxed chill out music that complemented the experience.

2. The food was well prepared and well presented. The taste and seasoning was well balanced. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes were served to us hot, right out of the kitchen.

3. The staff were friendly, attentive and efficient.

4. Overall, the menu is decentlly priced and the experience was well valued.

Staff are friendly enough but not really engaging. The chefs put on a good show for the kids to watch with plenty of flames, and are good fun. The food is very fresh with good ingredients but not the most sophisticated. But for what you pay, its tasty. Great ambience, you can have a really good night out here, my fave restaurant in Nth Strathfield at the moment.

Nice interiors that are quite nice in summer as it's quite breezy. Curry puffs that were a bit underdone, but ok nonetheless. I had the soft shelled crab salad and my friend a green curry. The curry was delicious, the crab salad was not so good. Slightly on the expensive side for pretty standard fare, I think it's the more the trendy decor you're paying for.

I absolutely love the food here. My traditional Pad Thai is well flavored and beautifully presented. Red curry, mosaman beef and salads are great too.Banquets are great value for money (it is not possible to finish all the food!).

The decor is wonderful and cosy. The only problem is service. Although I have visited the place on numerous occasions, I do not recall a single smile. Even on slow nights, they do not seem to be very interested to serve their customers well.

Worth coming back for the food though. Probably the best restaurant in Gorge Street (North Strathfield).
