We've been here many times and keep coming back. It's a good idea to book ahead if you're planning to go on a Saturday night but Sunday nights are often quiet and have a peaceful atmosphere. Whenever we introduce a friend to this place it quickly becomes one of their favorites too.

Entree and mains for two total around $50 how can you go wrong. The atmosphere was really cute and intimate, for a fri night it was busy but still quiet, very great thai.

Thai Ingah provides excellent value for money, most mains are $13-17, although rice needs to be ordered separately. For dessert, they also do fruit plates, deep fried ice cream and sundaes. The service is great, very prompt and attentive waitresses who wear traditional dress (sort of). After dinner, we were also given watermelon which was very sweet and a nice touch. The restaurant is nicely decorated and lit so that it feels like a much more expensive and indulgent night out than it really is.

I would definitely recommend it. If you have a sweet tooth, try the coconut rice. It's supposed to be served like the steamed or garlic rice as an accompaniment to the meals but tasted delicious on its own and would make a really yummy rice pudding.

We dine here frequently. Food is authentic and delicious. Service is great, especially thoughtful of our small children - bringing them colouring pencils and a colouring in book, and free ice cream and sweets.

The lunch time special is exceptional value for a quick delicious Thai meal - cheaper than a sandwich at the local greasy takeaway. A great place to dine.

We went on a recommendation. The restaurant had a really nice ambience overall but unfortunately we were seated at the back corner right in front of the door to the bathrooms. Every time someone walked out the door, cold air blew in all over me, and usually the heavy door remained open - I had to get up several times to close it myself.
Ok service and ok value overall. One of the dishes (snowy prawns) was very nice, others average. I have rated food so low as my husband came down with food poisoning that night soon after leaving the restaurant, attributable to a funny tasting satay chicken skewer in his mixed entree. We won't be returning.

I LOVE this restaurant. We just went there the other day because it looked nice inside and I was so impressed. The food is awesome and its so cheap! but it feels like you're in a more expensive restaurant because of the set up and service. A+

Decided to give it a try after a recommendation. The restaurant itself is beautiful and looks like a five star establishment. The staff are courteous and well attired in the lovely thai costumes one get the feeling the owners have given much attention to quality in presentation that also translates into the wonderful food.

The portions were bigger than your normal thai offering and the quality of the produce A1. We had the fried whole snapper with the rambutan and it was superb. The beef masamum is excellent and the tom yum goong had a wonderful blend that was perfect.

Its so good to know that the best thai establishments can sometimes be found in the suburbs and not the domain of just the trendy inner city. Well done to this wonderful restaurant and their attention to detail and their emphasis on customer satisfaction. BTW the prices are so reasonable as well and its truly quality and quantity you get here. Will be back for sure.

We work around the corner from this restaurant so we thought we would go for the $8 lunch special. The service today was terrible. Firstly when we were asked if we were ready to order to which we responded yes the waitress walked away only to serve other tables.
When we were finally served about 5 minutes later we were told that they were out of rice and if we all wanted a rice dish then we would have a wait (a thai restaurant out of rice during the lunch period??) When the panang curry came out it was passed from one end of the table to the other and if it were not for one member of the table catching it, someone would have been covered in curry. After the meal the waitress proceeded to stand at the end of table and point at the empty dishes one by one expecting us to pass them up to her.
Extremely disappointed in the service and as the food is nothing special I will not be going back any time soon.
