Order dinner take away from here with a friend from work to be delivered at our workplace. The person on the phone said it would be 30-40 minutes. An hour later we called back and the person on the phone said it would be another 30 minutes. Almost 3 hours after placing the order cold thai food got delivered to our workplace, 10 minutes after the restaurant closed. It was obvious they made it just before close and then delivered it on their way home.

I went here last night with my fiance. From the outside, everything seemed fine. We went in and were warmly greeted by the young waitress. Sat down and had our take-away paper menu's handed to us. A little bit odd we thought.

There were several people standing around waiting for their take-away orders. One man stated to the waitress that he had been waiting 25 minutes for his order. The table next to us, sent back one of their dishes. Once it came back out, they sent it back again. We weren't getting a very good vibe.

We ordered the crispy soft shell mud crab, which was delicious, however I have had better. The pork pad thai was very skimpy on the vegies and tofu. On the upside, the Massaman beef curry was one of, if not the best I have ever had. Sweet, hearty with the right amount of spice. Plenty of roasted peanuts, tender beef and potatoes.

On the downside, we had to ask twice for our drinks and it did take us a while to try and get the attention of one of the waiters/waitresses to bring us rice.

Overall, the service was very unattentive from the 2 teenage girls waitressing. They just didn't seem like they wanted to serve us once we sat down. Good food but terrible service won't see us back in a hurry.

I've been going to Thai IM for the last 3 years. Over the course of this time, the dishes seemed to have evolved, even after starting out as great.

I'd suggest the Cashew Nut Stir Fry and the Duck Lychee Curry. I also recommend the Soft Shell Crab for an entree, it's amazing as well as inexpensive. The staff is genuinely nice, and very polite. In all 3 years, I've never had a bad experience.

If you love drama and calamity then this place is fantastic. We dined on a quiet evening and enjoyed every minute. This restaurant is still the best we have been too. The host is a real character and has constant arguments with her husband, quite exciting at times lol

The duck was gorgeous both in orange and the cherry sauce and the strawberry romanoff was a perfect ending. Yes the bill was $85 for us both but we had such a good time we can't wait to go back. This restaurant is run by real people, not fake people pleasers! Unique in every way.

Bit more expensive than other thai restaurants in the area, nice atmosphere, good food, the mas man was a bit fatty, but all in all a good meal.

I can't understand what the fuss is about this place, except for the lovely waitress. Food oily, tasty but very heavy, there are definitely much better places for Thai (and better value) than this one.

Obviously staff have changed since oct 2008. Went there tonight but couldn't complain about the service, there was none!

Waited and waited and waited. After 1.5 hrs we had entrees and one main. (tough beef stir fry), rice wasn't forthcoming either until we asked after another 10 minutes. Others walked out before us having waited and not been served. Waitresses (2) were useless. Gave priority to phone orders. A very small restaurant with only 1 cook doing one meal at a time, we'd still be there.

Paid for what we had and left. Be warned they don't deserve your custom and could probably not handle it anyway.

Used to eat nearly daily here for lunch when I worked nearby. Service is good with the waiters being friendly and the food is great.

ITs a small place and does have a outside area, nice decorations inside but its still a bit small for me. The service itself, the food did take around 15-20 minutes to come out and there was only one couple in there.

Value: its a little pricey, the mains of honey lamb, almost $19 for 3 pieces and there are four pieces of chicken for its Thai I M grilled chicken was 4 pieces for almost $14. Sorry but thats not good value for me. Admittedly the food is good, the mixed entree (apart from the satay chicken stick) is much more tastier than other places, the curry puff had chucky pieces in it which was great, the fish cake is probably one of the best I've tasted.

The honey lamb was good, the grill chicken was great! Good food, but its pricey
