Worst restaurant I've ever been to. Service took forever and staff were rude. Then at end of meal, they made us pay $20 per person for friends that didn't turn up for booking. Overpriced and I've had takeaway Thai for a fraction of the price.

Everytime I walk past this place its normally empty and came here as a last resort due to all the other restaurants having a 1hr wait on a table during mothers day. Orders were taken promptly which was promising but everything went downhill from there, the rice came out within 5 minutes but the food took about 45 min 1hr to arrive and didn't come altogether.

Service was non existent not unless you hail them down as they fly past you. As for food it wasn't bad but you can get better for alot less. Views are nice though.

Service was terrible, staff were abrupt and rude. We tried 4 dishes and they were all well below average. I have had better Thai takeaways. The views were the best thing about our visit. I don't recommend Thai Foon at all.

Pretty poor service. The staff just walk around you as if you are invisible! We were there recently and after 30 minutes of trying to get someone to just at least give us a menu we were spoken to rudely by their staff. I wouldn't rate the food, its grossly over-priced for the quality and taste. Plenty of other lovely restaurants in Darling Harbour, I would waste my time and money here again.

This has to be one of the worst/mediocre thai restaurants in Sydney - you'd be better off exploring a little and eating at a thai restaurant in Thai town than eating here. I ate here with a large group on a Saturday night and the restaurant was quite busy.

The staff really struggled to look after us, we basically had to trip them over to get them to take our orders and after asking for the drinks menu 3 times we gave up and just had water. The food was overpriced, lukewarm and of little value. If all you're after is the view of Darling Harbour, then I would recommend eating at another restaurant in the same area.

33 bucks for a main, a drink and plain rice. Definitely not worth the money since it was just ordinary typical thai and of course, the small portions.
Service wasn't bad but had to call the waiter to order. Would not recommend to go there, just go to a typical suburban thai place for your thai food.

Worst Thai restaurant in 50km radius of Sydney centre. The waiters were rude, didn't give any cutlery, and rudely took away our dishes before we had even finished eating! They were in so much of a hurry, despite the half empty place, and almost knocked my wine glass out of my hand. Then didn't even apologize! The serving size is appalling and more expensive. Not worth your money or time!

Worst thai restaurant I've ever been to. Fried rice was watery. Pad see ew was boiled noodles with salt. Service was appalling. Never eating there again.

Our entrees came out very quickly but more than an hour later, our mains had yet to come. We could see people who had arrived after us being served before we were and leaving before we had received our food. We asked the waitresses twice for our food but they kept saying sorry but didn't actually bring our food. When it finally came out, one of the dish was the wrong one. We had to argue with them to get a discount with which we were not even happy with. Not going back!

Second time eating at Thai Foon and likely the last. An overly excited male waiter took our order and disappeared. The main meals were staggered over a period of 40 minutes! The entrees came after asking 5 times After the mains. The staff were incompetent and mixed up our orders, the senior staff did not speak English and no one had any interest in correcting their stuff ups.

The staff's gross incompetence aside, the balcony overlooking the Harbour is amazing, the food is fine, the entrees were larger than expected and the price was decent for Harbourside rent!
