I go to this place often, to be blunt the decor sucks, but the prices are great and so is the service, the food can range between dry to awesomely great, the problum is, you don't know when there going to be on a good or bad day for cooking.

The real bad side though is that there in store menu is completely out of date, some of the dishes have been removed and others added, the prices are all wrong, but still pretty cheap and the fliers that get posted around and are available in store so you can take the menu home are also out of date, pity really.

I've eaten at the noodle bar twice and it's been really good both times. I got takeaway the first time, just a simply flat rice noodle stirfry, the chilli flavour was really good, not oily and just all round yummy. The next time I ate there with my partner and his family. We got the Tom Yum Soup, which was really good. The massamum curry was a bit ordinary, the lamb used was not the best meat. We got garlic broccoli, a stirfry noodle and chilli and basil chicken.

For 5 dishes and drinks, the bill was $50, for 5 people. Fantastic. The owner/waitress Cathy was really nice. Sure, we ordered off paper takeaway menus and the decor is less than to be desired, with the door wide open in the middle of winter, but hey, take it for what it is. Yummy food, great value and prices are subject to change, you know. Probably best to work out the price BEFORE you confirm your order. It's a great place for a quick takeaway.

We ordered delivery for the first time after vowing to try something new. The girl was quick to take our order and confirmed the price as $44 which we then worked out was $5 more than what was advertised on the flyer that came through our door a couple of weeks go. We called back to confirm and were told prices went up "a long time ago"... it was too late to cancel so we just went ahead with it.

The food arrived promptly but what we got was probably the worst Thai Food I have ever eaten.

We ordered steamed Dim Sim just for some variety (I know they aren't Thai) - instead we received deep fried Dim Sim. We also orderd the Yum Woon Sen which is basically a chicken salad with king prawns which was okay. Onion was in huge chunks and the chilli was a little overbearing. We also ordered the flat rice noodle in a peanut sauce with chicken which came with tinned segments of baby corn tossed through it. It was dry, tasteless and there was barely any peanut sauce, let alone chicken to be seen. The last and by far the worst dish was the beet with cashew nut stirfry (with even more baby sweet corn). The meat was chewy, tasteless and clearly the cheapest cut available (tenderised!).

The only thing I could eat was the rice, dim sims and chicken salad. We won't be going back for seconds. Suggest they narrow down their menu and get the basics right.
