Thai Face is a bit pricier than other Thai placecs but the food is really good. Great atmosphere too.

First time I've been there, very impressed service ladies were lovely and helpful, food was to die for the best Thai I've had I'll be back and recommend to all. Hard to park.

Great place for thai! the atmosphere is great, food fantastic and relatively on the cheap, it's definitely in our top couple of thai restaurants, they never really fail to deliver. Try any of the duck dishes - loved it!

The restaurant is nice and the food is good but certainly nothing special.

Every time I have ordered T/A from here they have left a dish out of the order and at $12 to $20 per dish, it is extremely frustrating arriving at home to find things missing and having to drive back to crows nest to have them make it again for you.

Even when I have had home delivery from here it has typically turned up 30 - 45 minutes later than expected and is stone cold. Every time I have thought to try it again they stuff it up, have now had others tell me of similar instances and tonight one of the staff would not give me my dinner (which was late) until I showed him my receipt and he then checked with another waiter.

Won't be spending money there again.

Moved away from the area so don't get to go there anymore. Really miss the $40 home delivery special. oooh yummmm. Only bad point was the pad thai, too much tomato sauce.

First time to Thai Face tonight. Before I sat down to dinner I ducked upstairs for a quick visit to the little boys room. While I was washing my hands, one of the kitchen staff came in, did his business and in prompt fashion, left without washing his hands!

I pretty much wrote the whole experience off right there. Also discovered that it's BYO wine only. My fault for not checking more thoroughly but when the place has no website of it's own I just went off what Eatability says, which is BYO. Also, being a touch over 6 foot tall, I was unable to get my legs under the ridiculously short table, as I noted quite a few others were having the same difficulty with.

Service was fairly prompt and we heard the waitresses recommendations. Food arrived fairly quickly too and I can't help think that maybe if they took their time it would have been nicer. By no means was it amazing Thai food. It was run of the mill Thai food that is marginally overpriced.

Would I go again or recommend it to others? In a word... no.

I've been to Thai Face a few times now. We've had a few curries and tried some of their grill dishes. Both are excellent. I love green curry, and theirs is the freshest I've tasted in a long time. The service is good. And I think the price is fair. On weekends it gets really full and a bit noisy, so I wouldn't go there for a romantic date on a Friday night.

The food here is average and expensive. Expect to pay $18-$27 for a main that will leave you still hungry. Its thai food c'mon it shouldn't cost more than $10 a plate lol. I ordered the tom yum soup it was the worst I've had, a small little bowl with 5 mushrooms and 4 prawns. I then got a stirfry to make up for the soup and I still left feeling hungry so I went next door to the japanese restaurant and bought more food. On the upside the place is nicely decorated and the service is really fast.

Got take away 1 night. Wasn't really impressed with the food I have to say. Was a bit bland and wasn't very "Thai". The restaurant looks really nice from the outside, when you walk past. Reading other reviews, maybe the ambience of the place improves your enjoyment of the food when you eat there (not trying to be funny btw).
