I frequented this restaurant a few years back when I worked in Liverpool, and went back recently to reminisce on old times. What a shock we got. What used to be a fantastic cheap and cheerful restaurant has become a hopeless shadow of it's former self. Food is hopeless, hygiene is an issue. One word: avoid.

Can't believe this place is still in business. A lot of complaints here about dirty cockery and cutlery, I can confirm 100% accurate. I used to see their dirty practices firsthand. Cutlery were not washed in detergent, instead soaked in hotwater, and then 'polished' with tea towels.

Plates would be washed by hand by the chefs cooking the food, so you can imagine the hygiene factor. Seen the state of the kitchen lately? Can't believe it hasn't been shut down by food inspectors.

I've eaten here at least six times this year. This restaurant is no-frills place. The food is delicious and in my experience, consistent. The service is sometimes slow, but always pleasant. The tables may well be a bit sticky sometimes. However, for a cheap tasty feed, I will keep coming back.

This is my first ever post to this site, and I would not make a post unless I really feel compelled too. I normally get home delivery from this restaurant and the food is normally quite good. I went to dine at the restaurant recently after not having been there in a few years and it was a disappointment to say the least. The tables were sticky, the cutlery was old, cheap and did not look clean and my dates plate was dirty also.

I took a bottle of wine and the glasses they gave us to drink with were for champagne not white wine and one glass had white paint stuck to the bottom of it. Quite embarrassing considering I was on a date! Despite being a slow sunday night the service was slow and I had to go to the counter twice to order our meals.
It used to be one of the better places for Thai food in the west but now after seeing the premises I would not even order home delivery.

The one thing it does have going for it is the reasonable pricing but I would much rather pay more knowing the food comes from a clean and well run eatery.

This place is not what it used to be, I guess it's no longer the same owners, the food was terrible. Food was warm to cold. Last time I came here was a few years back. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to be sick. My brother didn't feel too well after eating here that night. My stomach was churning when I got home.

We usually get home delivery from here with the very occasional visit. I enjoy the Penang curry, the ginger chicken and tom ka is ok too. During one delivery, we complained about a loose tom ka gai lid and the soup was half empty and the rest was in the bottom of the plastic bag. After that incident was sorted we haven't had similar problems.

Dining in is ok but I wouldn't rave. Noticeable are the dirty placemats (the woven kind that spills get caught inside) and, as mentioned by others, cutlery is dodgy sometimes. I'm used to indoor restaurants so the open air, concertina-style front glass is not a big plus for me but might appeal to others. In summary, the food is better eaten at home than on location.

Ok so I gave this place top ratings b4 as I've been going here for years but to my dismay I am upset to say that a order I had a while back was not cooked properly and was home delivered, so I rang to let them know, then I had to throw away $40 worth of food, I was told I would get my dishes for free next time chicken cashew and satay chicken skewers, I was quite ill after that so I did not order from there for a while.

Then come the time I felt like it again so I rang and ordered it also explaining what had happened last time, I was then told only 1 dish was gonna be replaced for free despite me having to throw away all of it last time. So I thought ok then I have only been a great customer to this place for years and this is how I am getting treated so then I paid for the rest and had it delivered.

I was so mad when it got here, the cashew chicken looked like bits that had been thrown in from the chicken's body parts it was in no way the yummy breast bits you usually get. I was furious it was like I was being punished for actually being honest and reporting the issue last time which is quite dangerous having chicken not cooked properly.

I was extremely upset and rang again, I then advised them what has happened and said I will not be coming here again and that was last straw I told them I will no longer be getting their food again. Serious disappointment and no longer recommend what I always thought was great food, I am now disgusted by it ..

We decided to try this place a month ago for a dinner birthday party. Very disappointed at the portion sizes. We ordered about 15 dishes to feed 10 adults and it still wasn't enough to fill you up. A bit pricey for what you get. Food is pretty average. Not exactly the Thai experience we were looking for.
Please note: You will probably need to order at least 2 main course dishes to be satisfied!

I found the pad thai average and the pork ribs was average also. I prefer the pork ribs you get at yum cha. Nothing special here but at the same time not the worst food around either

Have been a customer for a few years now.Until recently my family have enjoyed going there for a casual dinner but the last few visits have been very disappointing with the tables been dirty & service no where near as good as it used to be!

Don't feel like dining there again because of these issues & feel very dissappointed with the decline of cleaniness & service. Even some clean placemats & cutlery would make it far more inviting!!!
