For a place which has only been open a few months at the time this was written, Terrazza has found its feet very quickly. There's clearly some previous restaurant experience at play here.

Food is consistently excellent in quality, taste and presentation. Service is great, friendly and efficient. It's got a busy but comfortable ambience and seems to be populated by couples young and old, groups, and even families.

The gnocchi is a big highlight, as is the Terrazza Salad with chicken. Good wine and beer selection and some really nice desserts round the deal off very well.

Book a table if you're heading in on a friday or saturday night, since these are the busy ones. We like it a lot.

Great new spot in Chatswood at the Civic Centre. We went there for a birthday lunch and the staff were excellent! Very 'tuned in' with their customers (even spoke in Italian when it was spoken to them, which is always a nice touch).

Food was tasty, fresh and served in a timely fashion. We all had different Pizza's and all were 8 outta 10 with thin bases and fresh toppings! We sat outside under shade cover which was lovely. Would recommend this as a good Italian in Chatswood.

Ps: The Gelato is to die for, we’ll be back.

It's nice to see a few nicer places to eat popping up in Chatswood, and this place has a great spot on the new civic centre square, with lots of shady outdoor tables.

We had the tomato bruschetta, followed by a couple of pizzas. The bruschetta was pretty good, fresh and a good size. The pizzas had quite thin crusts, the margerita with anchovies was really tasty, while the prawn pizza was quite good, spicy but maybe lacked a bit in the flavour department.

The beer and wine menu was limited, but the by the glass options were drinkable and affordable. Value is pretty good, and the service was good too. Nice to know there is a solid lunch option now available.

My family and I enjoyed lunch, sharing Pizza and salad. The Pizza dough was light, and toppings fresh and tasty. Coffee really great. Sitting outside under cover, is very pleasant. Give it a visit.

Went for a Saturday morning breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of our stroller. My big breaky was delicious but so big I couldn't finish. Husband had an omelette which was also very yummy. We'll definitely go back to try out pizzas and pasta.

Ventured in on a quiet Monday night to this recently opened cafe/restaurant and were given a warm welcome. The interior is crisp and modern but the basic tables and chairs remind us that most of the time they are a cafe.

Started with one of my great favourites, the Caprese Salad, so simple but always delicious, and a generous Antipasto plate of assorted meats, cheese and pickled vegies. These were followed with one Gnocchi, which my wife claimed as brilliant, and pizzas for the boy and I. My Prosciutto e Funghi was delightfully thin yet remained firm with a good covering of mushrooms, mozzarella and prosciutto.

My only possible improvement would be to have the olives sliced on top rather than whole olives, but I'm being picky. Gelato and coffee to finish and still little to complain about. We were very well attended by the young waitress who was happy to answer any questions. My only possible flaaw to the evening was the place was a little cool and I had to keep my coat on through the meal. A little heating will be necessary for the colder months.

This is an excellent addition to an area that has ample asian eateries but has been very lacking for those looking for something different, and can definitely see us returning.
