We went there for my friends Birthday. Very cute place, imagine your grandmothers lounge! The service was good, food delicious and fresh and very good value for money. We could take our own champers and store it in the fridge. Would recommend if you don't want to fork out $$$ for these hotel high teas which can be quite pricey. I'd definitely go back.

Great spot for a funky high tea, food was delicious, the tea lovely and the ice teas very refreshing, the service was great and the servings large. It is Redfern so be prepared.

Had my birthday tea party here and we had a great time. Although there was a bit of disorganisation regarding what time I had booked it the place has a lovely atmosphere. It's also great value at $20 a head including corkage and you can bring as many bottles of champagne in as you like! The cakes were really tasty and clearly home-made and the cucumber sandwiches were delish. Really nice touches as well with antique tea cups and saucers, cute table cloths and eclectic decorations on the wall. Would definitely go back!

Sandwiches were a bit dry, but so cute and vintagesque, loved being there with my boyfriend and friends as I dragged him to come for another friends birthday, and my bf enjoyed the food the most, as we were starving, wish there was more of a selection, def will go there again!

I can only rate the service which I received from Tea parlour which was poor. I called on Monday to try to make a booking for the weekend and got a voicemail asking to email bookings (which I did). After 5 days I received no response. I then made 2 more call and finally got through and was told the cafe was booked out all weekend. I would expect that if Tea Parlour asks for bookings to be emailed that they would actually respond to them.
