Great value and great food for a Taiwanese casual dining. Ambience is not that great though. Looks old. For sure just a great place to eat and leave. Love the entertainment though. Tv is always on so you can watch and eat.

I like this place if your into cheap and fast food. Servings are very large. Menu is huge. Yes this place looks a bit dirty but most of the places in the area do. The teas are great. They have a great variety. The service can be very slow at times and that really let's down this place. I still go back every now and again but only with I've been there before so they know what they're getting themselves into.

I ordered the milk tea with pearls. They put so much milk and I couldn't taste the tea. The place has a very cheap feel to it and the drink was the same. Not coming back here again. I'd rather stick to the regular bubble tea chain stores.

The food is served in large quantities with good value, especially if you get a meal designed for 2 people, I think it's $23 for two small vegetable plates, 2 mains, 2 drinks and fruit. Some of the dishes are of poor quality and don't taste very good, but many are pretty good, especially the San Dong chicken. The drinks menu is huge and they make pretty good teas and other beverages.

I won't be coming back to this place. The food is not good quality even though the portions are large. The fried rice had strange bright pink coloured scrambled egg mixed through it. It tasted strange and I was scared to eat the rest of it. The honey chicken was too sweet and the batter too thick over the chicken. There are better places to eat than this. The drinks are not good either. I ordered an almond drink and what I basically got was a glass of milk with almond essence added to it and it tasted quite revolting. Kingsford needs better places than this.

Honestly this is one of the worst chinese restaurant we've ever been to. The shop looks ridiculous, unhygienic and the food taste awful. Nothing can be more worse than this.

Not clean but the food was large portions and tasted nice but would prefer if they concentrated on cleaning.

I hardly tasted any decent/good food in this restaurant before (and I had no idea why I still came back afterwards). Well at least the drinks were magnificent. Last time i went there, I actually ordered friend rice with a chicken something!? but instead was given tasteless fried rice in a massive portion with so much onion. Well put it this way, if you dont care about the taste, then you will not feel hungry for the next 24hours after eating in this restaurant.

Cheap greasy food served in huge portions. Don't come here expecting quality. The portions are big, and there is great value if you're priority is to fill up on rice and batter.
I usually order deep-fried pork chop with rice or deep fried chicken chop with rice. I've tried other menu items but those are the only two "fail-safe" dishes I've encountered. The smaller non-greasy option which is still decent in portion size is minced pork on rice. I particularly like the pickled vegetable and tea boiled egg that comes with the three listed dishes.
The drinks here are OK but not fantastic.
Tea inn could really benefit from cutting back on their menu items (way too many dishes on offer, and a bit ridiculous advertising dishes like "Indonesian Fried Rice" and "mashed potato" when the sign outside the restaurant states Tea Inn is a Taiwanese restaurant).
The interior and decor used is cheap and run down, and when ever I'm waiting for my meal to arrive, I can't help but feel a bit depressed by the shabby surroundings.
Service is quick and food takes around 5-10 minutes to arrive, so Tea Inn is ideal for a quick cheap meal.

Sometimes the service is a little slow but whenever I am in need of a bubble tea fix and this is the place to go. The biggest selection of flavoured teas, not much more you could ask for.
