I thought it was dodgy when I try to book and I get through to voicemail. There is two different addresses online and I found the actual address by reading an uphappy review on tru local. After finding the salon which is called Joe Baretta? They were good to accommodate me.

After reading bad reviews I had to be very clear on what type of colour I wanted and style. The coffee was good and staff friendly. The thing that annoyed me was they tried to tell me they used toner on the ends and were suggesting I pay extra. I flatly informed them no one advised me of this before hand and they backed off. That left a sour taste. Not fair to try and rip people off like that. Just be honest with your customers and they will go back. Trying to deceive them out of 20 bucks is laughable!

Absolutely this company has done a runner. I bought mine in June last year and was put off numerous times with the excuse they were moving premises. Only get through to voice mail. Trying unsuccessfully to get a refund through Scoopon. Won't buy these type of vouchers again through discount websites.

This company has done a runner. The website is down and the phone number has been disconnected. They offered a Scoopon voucher offer which was supposed to be in effect until April 2011. When I tried to make an appointment in January, I was put off by being told that the company was moving premises.

I went here first for a quick blow dry. That was done by one of the juniors and it was great. So I went back for a cut and colour. This was about 8 months ago and I am still trying to grow out the terrible cut. The colour was not much better.

I have been to this salon three times now. The staff are truly lovely and friendly, and they really try to accommodate your needs and achieve the look you are after.

Everytime I have gone, they have given me some incentive to come back, which I do! These include vouchers for blow-dries and credit notes so it is an excellent program they have in place.

I would highly recommend Tatjana Vaune Salon for anyone who wants their hair coloured, which is what I go for. They also provide services for massage and facials, making this a well-rounded luxury salon.
