Loved our visit to Tasca Tapas, completely agree with comments made by previous reviewer. Food was beautiful and the service efficient and friendly.

Apart from, perhaps, giving the decor a bit more splash of colour, this little restaurant ticks all the boxes. Will definitely return to try more of the menu.

We had dinner here with friends and were not disappointed with food, service or value. The shop front is not that inviting but once inside, and taste your first dish, you realise this is authentic Spanish Tapas. The 4 of us ordered 8 dishes and then got another 3 as the food was so good. Not one bad dish, across prawns, meatballs, calamari, chicken and potatoes. All cooked in an open kitchen.

Saffron Prawns were sensational. BYO and no corkage. It would be great to see this business move to a bigger building and introduce a bar. This place is a winner.

Doesn't look like much when you first get in, though I do love the ability to watch the chef at work but it's the food that's awesome. Seriously, they could charge twice as much and I'd still go back for more. A huge plus is that it's also BYO with Zero corkage. Gotta love that.

The food & service spot on.
The decor is simple, it's not the ambience you go for.

This was a great foodie experience. All Tapas dishes were perfect and cooked to perfection.

The decor is very typical spanish but would not appeal to many as they drive by. It needs something, but if you can get over that and go in to experience the food, it will be worth it. We tried 90% of the menu between 4 of us and I would give a 10/10 for every single dish. Well done.

Visited this restaurant when first opened, and then again last weekend. Great value, just over $60 for three of us. The tapas is superb, from now on I won't bother going back to the Spanish restaurants in Liverpool St, this is much better value.

Service is fast and efficient. The salt and pepper squid was fantastic, it was cooked with fennel seeds, which I haven't tried before. The char-grilled artichokes were absolutely fantastic, buttery flavour, melt in the mouth. Also had the prawns, potatoes with garlic and mushrooms, couldn't fault any of the food. Highly recommended, and will definitely return.

We have been talking about going to check this new restaurant out we finally got round to it. Wish we went sooner, it was full the night we went small and cosy. It was great to be able to talk to the chef as he is cooking all the food. Food was great, good menu options. Will be back soon.

My sister and i just got home from tasca tapas. It was amazing. I had always wondered if it was going to be any good as it is small and tucked away on victoria road. My expectations were blown out of the water! Our waiter was also our chef and great at both. The squid was some of the best we have ever had. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone, and will be returning soon!
