When first walking into Tandoori Palace, you may need to take a step back as the recent renovations are quite breathtaking. The original timber floors, tinned pressed high ceilings, breathtaking bar, marbled featured walls all make for a fresh, modern, sleek, feel-good dining experience. I organised a hen's night here during the week and we had the best time. The food was so good and there was so much of it! It was great value for money. The banquet just kept on coming. The service was out of this world. The owner Stephanie went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. She bent over backwards for us to make our party more enjoyable. You don't see that anywhere.

Everyone couldn't stop raving about the food and the service. Karaoke was a blast . We partied on stage all night. The karaoke room is downstairs so regular diners upstairs wouldn't be disturbed by us. Works well for everybody. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back again!

I celebrated my b'day here on a Wednesday night, wonderful staff who took time out to help us order our food! I actually went after reading reviews from eatability and the place is very flash BOLLYWOOD style. Try the chicken and spinach curry, oh so yummy, my friends were also impressed.

I haven't been here for a while, and was slightly saddened by the refurb [I just liked the feel of the old place], but all was fantastic. Take advantage of the special offers available, you won't be let down!

Took my parents here on Sunday evening and thought it was lovely! I was really impressed by the decor of the place, not sure if it has just been newly refurbished but it looked great! The food was really good, we had the usual butter chicken, chicken tikka masala and lamb korma (not very adventurous of us) they were all very nice!!! The staff were fantastic, very attentive and willing to help, always checking if everything was ok. My only advice would be to ask that a little less, we got asked several times by 3 different waiters to see if our meal was ok.

It was very lovely that they were so concerned, if anything just ask a little less.

All in all the experience was delightful, very friendly staff, we will be back to try out their $40pp banquet with belly dancers! Can't wait!

Hosts a great hens night where everyone can enjoy a good feed and a good night out. The hostess was extremely helpful and there was plenty of food! Noone went hungry. The tables were quite close together and with two hens nights over powering the place, the other guests left fairly early.

Thanks to Steph and her staff. Had a great night downstairs, food was fantastic, staff attentive and the belly dancing and drag queen shows fun. Would suggest the "Palace" to anyone and everyone. Thanks for a wonderful evening, will be there again soon.

Through my sisters 30th Curryoke Birthday in the down stairs party room. The host was fantastic. She was very professional, friendly and very helpful. She was a real pleasure to deal with. The staff were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was great. A fantastic night out I highly recommend this venue. It restored my faith that customer service is not dead.

How many fake email addresses can these people come up with?? Ever wonder why glowing reviews always come from people who havent eaten anywhere else??

Anyway, coming here for years. The new fit out is very posh and very un Indian. The old fit out was very "worn" and very Indian. I preferred the old fit out.

Food is much as it has always been. Great tandoori and reasonably good value. Modern attempts at nouveau Indian are interesting at best and awful at worst.

Would still come back but probably not as often as before.

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Stephanie and all the staff at the Tandoori Palace for such a wonderful night last Saturday!!!

Everyone in our group had such a lovely time. The food and service were fabulous, we thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and our karaoke dj did a great job looking after everyone and managing the crowd's enthusiasm! I was also so pleased to see my family and friends (shy ones included) burst out of their shells and get up on stage for some dancing and singing!

We had a great time! Many thanks! Don't change a thing! We'll definitely be back for more!
