We were in the 360. The service was terrible, took forever to place drink order, then came back much later and took meal order. Different person dropped off food. Waitress never came back during meal to check or ask if we wanted anything.

When we finished we had to ask for dessert. When we brought this up to her she did not really care, so we asked for the staff. His attitude was worst than hers. I will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone. Total bill for 2 people 252.00.

My partner took me to this restaurant for my birthday and I was really excited on arrival. It was TERRIBLE!!! We waited 2.5 hours for our meals to be served and they came out cold and horrible. We took one bite, asked for the manager, complained about how long we had been waiting and the poor quality of the food. Then we left without even having dinner and would you believe they still charged us for our sparkling water!!!

Definitely will not be going back there even if they paid me! Certainly don't recommend it!!

To be perfectly honest, despite the ambience, it wasn't what I expected. The food variety was low, the service was satisfactory, and for what it was worth, I really expected more.

Went to 360 Bar & Dining last Saturday (21/04/2007). For a restaurant that has been poorly reviewed everywhere (SMH Good Food Guide to eatability), it sure was busy on this Saturday night. Tables all filled right around (yes I checked!)

My expectations were very low from all the reviews however I was quite pleasantly surprised that 360 is fit to be classified as a fine dining restaurant. The service was very good, not overly pompous nor too busy to notice. The wait staff was there when needed. Thought my table of four didn't ask any questions regarding the menu.

The menu selection was lovely, very good description of the palate to tantalise tastebuds. I was however not as pleased with the meal portions. I'm so glad that I ordered an entrée/main/dessert. I think they expect everyone to order a 3 course as those who just order a main may be in for a surprise! I ordered the "veal dish" for my main and 2 3cm diameter x 3cm tall veal logs was the dish - so basically 2 bites worth of veal for $43 which I have to say for people who have a heartily appetite will be disappointed. I ordered 2 bread rolls just so I wouldn't feel hungry.

Yes - the view is gorgeous and the very very dark lighting creates a very romantic mood for couples. I cannot put in words the extent of how wonderful the views are!

On another note - very interesting toilets. Lots of mirrors you could almost get lost thinking there was someone with you in your own cubicle. The basins are amazing with clear glass basins with a clear tube so you can see the water trickle down to the floor - I always think that if a restaurant puts in effort to the lavatories, then it's a symbol that they're willing to put effort all over the restaurant.

Definitely a recommendation to just even try it once - as you can tell from my other reviews I'm fairly picking (yet fair). So bottom line - surprisingly good!

Bill Guide - $30 entrees (small)/$43 mains (even smaller)/$18 desserts (pretty good) + Drinks + Tip (4 people + Entertainment Card got $80 off) = $340.

My wife and I try to dine at a new restaurant at least once a month and thought Sydney Tower would be a nice place to visit. Having dined at so many restaurants and past experience of managing restaurants when I was younger, I have to sadly say that this was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had. It was a real disappointment, extremely bad value for your money and there is no way I would ever go back - even if it was free!

The food was dreadful. Obviously when you go to such restaurants you are dining on gourmet food where the emphasis is quality not quantity but they took it to another level. My main was so small it looked liked an appetiser you got before your entree. It was literally a little meat patty a bit thicker than the size of a 50 cent coin with a quarter of a potato, a strip of onion and a few nicely decorated lines of sauce. Ridiculous! The service was appalling. Our waiter treaded us like uneducated, low class customers and was extremely rude and unhelpful. I have never met a waiter that so clearly expressed how too good he was.

The interior of the restaurant I have to admit has been extremely well designed. Definitely added to the ambience but that was about as far as it went. Considering we booked and requested for a window seat 3 weeks in advance, I was disappointed when we were seated in the inner level of the restaurant even though it was definitely quiet enough to give us a window seat. To add, we had put up with a very angry chef screaming on the top of his lungs at one of his employees.

If you want a decent meal with good service, don't bother coming here. If you want a great view of Sydney, there are many vantage points that are much better you can go.

My husband proposed to me there. Stunning views couldn't ask for better. The food was very small servings. Service slow and very expensive.

Yes, it's a good view but when dinner (for a family that includes a 4yrs) takes 3 hours before dessert, it's a bit rich. Also we were quoted one price when we booked but charged a higher price. We will not be going there again!

My boyfrirnd took me here for a special night. He specially arranged for us to have a window seat and we did not get even though there were clearly available and the night was not busy. Food was nice but extremely small, even for fine dining so beware. The waiter was pushy and there was a argument in the kitchen that echoed right through the place, very embarrassing for 360! I don't recommened, better places and views.

Food was lovely, views amazing and service great. The meals were expensive ($45 main) and very small portions. Definitely a place for a special occasion but be prepared to pay!!

Food is nice but very bad value. Service was awful, waiter was rude. I had some flowers organised for the table, unfortuntaly they were left on the table for the 6 hours prior to my reservation. Hence they were dead. Cocktail took 40 minutes to arrive and they tried to charge me twice for it. They wouldn't even respond to an email I sent them about my disappointing evening. Dreadful experience and I will not be going back.
