It is a lovely spa! I enjoy my experience... The treatment was professional and my skin looks beautiful after the treatment. I did ultra-calming facial treatment and eye restoration. I can't wait for my next treatment:) very nice girls.

I went to their drink up Facial, It was over 90 minutes facial. The beautician was very knowledgeable about skin care products and was giving advice on which are the products I should be using. Effective and simple. The value was great as I had a voucher.

Horrible experience, they where 30 min late, and they didn't have people, so one lady was doing two persons at the same time. Then they started with my massage and she didn't have any idea of what she was doing, she just rub me with oil, and then she cleaned the oil with a boiling towel, very strong. I was that furious that I was gonna leave the place. The manager offered another massage with her but who is gonna come back to that place after an awful experience. And the facial they offer is 20 min with the steam and then creams. Not happy at all.

Ayurve may discreetly tucked away in one of the busiest retail centres in Sydney, but once you arrive it's a very different experience.

The staff are professional, friendly and experienced, and the spa itself has a pleasant, tranquil atmosphere.

Spa treatments such as facials, massages and body wraps are always a pleasure and the beauty therapists are very attentive. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my cousin bought a scoopon that said 3 hours pampering deal that includes 1 hr massage, 1 hr facial and 1 hr foot scrub. The place looks good but service is pathetic. When we got there we were 15 minutes late, our fault so the owner said you would only get 2.45 hrs and we were fine with this. Then the lady asked us what oil would we like for relaxation and that would be $15 extra, we told her use normal oil.

Their facial is clean up, 20 minutes steam (that's terrible) and a facepack and they would charge top ups for face massage, black head removals etc.

For massage they only had boys I was fine but the girl with me refused for a male. To me he only did back massage and then we had 20 minutes foot scrub.

Why these owner don't understand not to sell scoopons if they can't provide service. Instead of 2.45 hrs they finished everything in 2 hrs! And they were very ignorant about their service. A really bad service.

I like this spa and feel really relaxed after the treatment. Somehow it just gives me a cosy and welcomed feeling. The staffs are sweet but English is not very good. They open until 9pm it is easy for me to go after work.
