Average quality, most of the time during the week if you want some things they might not have a lot of stock. Tried ordering eel on a Tuesday night, and they said they're out (this was at 7 pm), and it was pretty quiet.
Best days to go is Friday night and Saturday night, this will guarantee that they have the food you want to eat. Some of the wait staff are something to be wondered at. The chefs are great.

I've never sat down to eat cos I am always in a hurry but I go there for takeaways every friday. Love the food, extensive menu. Best thing is to order from the menu and they make it fresh for you. The sushi and rolls are nice and fresh.. foodcourt stuffs are nasty. I love this place!

I took one look at the sushi on the train and walked out. The salmon was dried out on the edges like it had been on there forever and the avocado was brown! That put us right off. Sushi needs to be fresh!

Best sushi ever. Fresh, clean, tasty, great options, extensive menu. There have been times I have eaten here for dinner every single night for a week. Never tire of this place, it is exceptional sushi!

Considering this is pretty much your only option for sushi in the Macarthur area, the food is pretty good, although it's better to order off the menu than wait for your item of choice on the sushi train. The service could do with some improvement, apart from the initial 'namaste' or whatever they all call when you walk in, you're pretty much ignored until you get up to leave, if you want a drink, get it yourself from the fridge, and don't expect to be offered any miso soup or asked if you would like to order from the menu.

The sushi is average, as is the service and ambience, the only thing that isn't average is the price, this place is over priced. It's worth you while to travel a bit further for more impressive sushi

The sushi was unexpectedly very fresh and tasty. The eel has been excellent each time I've tried it. Don't be afraid to ask them to make you items from the menu rather than just eating the already-made ones off the sushi train, you'll be missing out!

Good spot for a quick, cheap and healthy takeaway, they're happy to make anything fresh if it's not already on display. Have eaten here countless times and always found the food to be top notch, much safer to eat here than a foodcourt!
