Sushi bay is a very busy restaurant. There are seats around the "train line" or tables as well. The sushi is very good and some are quite innovative. Our favourite is the flame seared salmon sushi with a sweet brown sauce, it is just superb. Value is good, especially, Hot food is made to order and their seafood udon and prawn is quite good. We go there regularly as it is very decent quality and quite affordable for Japanese food.

I love Sushi and Udon and my girl really like Lion King but not many sushi restaurants like Sushi Bay. I used to go Blacktown Sushi Bay, but today my husband and I tried Rouse Hill with my girl. Rouse Hill shop seems better for family with children. My family enjoyed happy time with sushi and lots of variety. Thank you.

Sushibay is my favourite place to have sushi on the train. There are new menu from time to time so I can't wait to try them. If you want to enjoy the variety and freshness of sushi, I recommend you to go there around 12 pm - 1 pm or 6 pm -7 pm. The service is good enough to feel myself valuable customer. The staff always greets me friendly and kindly.

I've come here for almost 2 years now n never disappointed since they always make new food n all the foods on the train was quite fresh. I also like the staff that they tried to be more friendly and be nice to me. It's always good thing that they remember me as I go there all the times and know my taste. I totally recommend.

Food is ok, but it's obvious that cleanliness is not on top of the list. Service is basic, a bit on the rude side with staff all non-engaging. Bit pricey and small servings. Oh, and the music was awful. If the end of the world had a soundtrack this would be it. It was almost enough to make you pray for the end to come.

I love to eat sushi at this place because the food is fresh and tasty compare to other sushi train restaurant. They carry many fusion rolls and sauces that just bring me back to here. Staff were very attentive and music is always pleasant with oriental taste even I do not understand.

Another good experience of multiculture in Australia my nation. We Australian values multicultural influence which brings richness and dynamic to our daily life especially food! I asked the staff, how long they keep sushi running on the train. They said they keep 2 and 4 hour rules. I've heard this 2/4 relate to food safety. I feel confident to eat safe sushi here.

I specially like Grilled King Prawn with chilli sauce on the top, reasonably cheap and delicious. I finish few plates on the spot. Staffs were friendly and answered promptly my Q of food safety. Cheers Rousehill Sushi bay. I will come back.

Another local place for me to try. First impressions, dirty and unclean, sat down at the tables and there was so much rice and bits on the floor I felt dirty sitting there.

Food, very average, I don't order anything raw because I value my life. Food is never fresh always been sitting there for a while. Comfort, they turned the air con off because it was cold outside, what about the freshness of the fish (cold is better) also the place actually smelled.

Service, you'll be lucky to get a smile, you have to pay for a smile. Another place I wouldn't go to and I can't believe they charge the same as the city for the food when its not even close. One other thing that turns me off when they have a person standing there attempting to clean the tops of the sushi plates (the plastic lid) and re-use them but that's so unclean especially when you're dealing with fresh fish.

Also no one likes music blaring at them when there trying to eat and talk, turn it down and play something that everyone can understand.

I am big fan of sushi, I find rouse hill is always packed and sometimes hard to get a seat, but they sushi taste great, suggestion, don't be tight and make them a bit bigger.

I have visited this place so many times, always a good selection and fresh. The service is good too, everytime I have visited they have made me feel welcome. Only problem is they have no music in the background. It's always so quiet!
