Attended a function their last night, food was really nice, band on great atmosphere, been there a lot but tonight was different service was exceptional due to the new girl who I hadn't seen there before she really made a big difference always smiling and always asking if we needed anything, if we were ok, customer service on her behalf is 10 out of 10. She was new but knew exactly what she was doing really did go out of her way. Gotta give it to Carly and Pas she is a keeper well done.

This place is shocking, if you wanna go somewhere with disappointing service, overpriced drinks and annoying music then this is the place to be... $8.50 beers.. $14.50 frozen cocktails! fun fun.. Will never attend again.. only went for a birthday.

We went to a 40th held here in Feb 2008. The bar/wait staff are nothing but rude, the toilets stank like like a sewer pit with one toilet actually leaking all over the floor. The food was just terrible, the meat tasted off, and chicken undercooked.
The only thing good was the dip and bread and when we asked for more, they would not provide it as it was part of the package! Would never eat there again, and the price of drinks is ridiculous. For a bottle of YellowGlelnn they charged $25, the bottlo sells this for 9.99 and that's not on special.
I will never return, and I will be sure to others not to either.

Been to this restaurant a few times. Last time I went there they served me up a half raw chicken snitzell. The table and seating were dirty. Complained about the snitzell and they offered me a free drink. I told them I was so repulsed I could no longer eat or drink. Gave me my money back after a long argument with the waiter.

The food wasn't too bad and was reasonably priced but the drinks were way overpriced. What really bugged me was how dirty every table was and the floor seemed to have been last mopped some time in 1995. It was so sticky that I literally stepped out of my shoes. The staff didn't seem to have any idea of what service is. My wife and I asked for our meals to be packed into doggie bags as we were full. The waitress put both meals into the same container. Unbelievable.

Been there twice. First time had a steak that I struggled to swallow, it was so bad with a few measly, overcooked vegies on the side. Second time the entree came out after the main, what's that about? Drinks are ridiculously expensive and the staff maybe good looking but that's all they've got, certainly not service skills.

Generally average. I agree with loads of others who have already stated that you go here because there is not alot of other place to go. Alright steaks. Bar staff could be nicer but generally they do the job.

Worst bar ever visited and been working in hospitality for years. The bartenders were rude. Drinks are overpriced and the bartender underpoured everyone of our drinks by about 10 mls which is alot with a 30 ml shot and did not switch measuring glasses when changing from Bundaburg rum to Vodka, light to dark. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Used to be bad but now it's all good. The food is better; better value, better steak and more tender. I mean you get your meat and three veg with a side of something for later! what more can an over 30's male ask for.
