We went on a Saturday night, a group of four, and lucky to get a seat as we had not booked, the place was packed! We did not go the set menu as thought 2 tapas each and bread was enough for us, and got drinks. It worked out better value for us that way, though it was really expensive overall compared to other tapas we've had and other choices in the newtown/glebe area.
They did shortchange us one tapas as well (we ordered, they billed, but missed our lamb skewers), so would recommend counting your tapas as you go! Sangria was tasty, and the Spanish entertainment was fun. Great vibe. Don't forget you can use entertainment book cards here for 25% off bill up to $30.

A little bit expensive but otherwise really nice. Good atmosphere and great entertainment if you are seated somewhere that you can see it. Paella is generally nice but can be a little bit dry. Tapas Dishes are lovely. Will be going back.

We had a great time here on a busy Saturday night: four of us with one $50 Dimmi voucher. We ordered two $65 banquets for the boys and two $55 banquets for the ladies. That was more than enough for everyone and nothing else is needed unless you’re game to have coffee and desserts but somehow I doubt that you’ll have room.
The $65 banquets included wine and beer and the $55 banquets included jugs of sangria. All the food was fresh, tasty and served in generous portions. We started with two salads and serves of garlic and herb bread. Then we got to choose five items per banquet from the tapas menus. We choose meatballs, sausages, zucchinis, potatoes and lamb skewers. Best for my money was the lamb skewers: tender, juicy meat pieces. But really it was hard to pick the stand-out dish as everything was so good.
Service was polite and efficient. We had the nicest waitress who remained calm and patient despite the fact that we struggled a bit understanding what was on offer and asked her dozens of questions.
The place was fairly packed and hellishly noisy in the front section where there were obviously a few “ladies night” parties on the go and we all know what a nightmare that can be! Fortunately, we were put in the rear section which while still noisy from loud music and stone floors was at least bearable. However, sitting at the back I believe we missed out on the live entertainment but to be honest that didn’t bother me over much.
The toilets are clean, well provisioned and easy to find.
Best of all about this place is the free three-hour parking in the nearby Broadway Shopping Centre. When you’ve found a spot there, just walk out the back entrance and you’re virtually on Glebe Point Road with Spanish Tapas right in front of you. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Food: the food came out quickly (maybe too quickly) and you can certainly tell it's pretty much all been microwaved and whacked onto a plate - gross.
Service was fine - the place was empty so I wouldn't expect anything less that good. The wait staff was nice and always smiling.
I had the meat balls and paella, meatballs were ok, paella on the otherhand, if you mixed rice and a slurpee from 7/11 you would have the consistency of the paella I had.
Again its microwaved and put into a pan and then put into the oven for a few minutes...don't think we cannot tell guys, give us more credit. Lucky I had a voucher because if I paid full price I would have cracked it!
Go across the road to somewhere else, there's a reason that place was full and this place was empty.

I have been to this place three times now and have never been disappointed . We always go with a group of people on Saturdays and have always enjoyed the $55 dollar banquet which includes your choice of 5 tapas between two people and 3 hours of unlimited sangria! The last time we went only 2 weekends ago the waiters were great continually on the ball with the jugs of sangria. Although we quickly finished our meals wew sat around drinking sangria and not once did I feel rushed to leave. Will definitely be back and it's a great place to start the night out. Highly recommend the potatoes in garlic aioli, the meatballs, crumbed mushrooms and octopus! Will definitely be back!

I am a little surprised reading some of the recent reviews. Four of us went on a Wednesday night, and there were more people than I would have expected. We ordered the $55 banquet. The wait staff weren't that responsive, and we had to help them along. Such as ask for another menu, order our drinks.
But I have to say, the food arrived quickly and with 10 tapas, they all arrived within 10 minutes of getting the first one. One thing I have to say is the plain bread. With four people on the table, why only place three rolls in the basket? But other than that, the overall experience was good.
Credit goes out to who believe was the boss, who kept topping up our glasses, refilling the sangria, getting more bread and gave us a tequila shot too.

Went for a birthday with a group of 20. Paid $50 for one meatball and two pieces of garlic bread and watered down unlimited sangria. The seafood wasn't cooked well and had no flavour and the chorizos looked like dog food. Very unorganised and really bad service. I don't usually post reviews but made an exception for this place.

Worst food, worst service, worst attitude. We rock up for a surprise birthday party, as I approach the door, a guy stands before me demanding to know who I am. The guy must have just finished watching a Rocky movie! We sit and wait for our food which came in drops, I approach him to let him know we are hungry and the food is way too slow, he responds, "the restaurant is full".
All in all, the food was terrible, service was worse and the price was ridiculous! $50 a head and my friends went out to eat afterwards. Stay away!

Bad, bad, bad, bad, Bad!
It is so disappointing that a restaurant that serves such amazing and delicious food is overshadowed by arrogant, rude, dismissive and unresponsive service from the wait staff and worst of all, the restaurant senior staff.
The two times I have been there, the vibe we got was that it was an inconvenience to have patrons in the restaurant. We got rolling eyes, rude attitudes, laziness, and sloppy effort each time we gave the restaurant a chance.
Worst of all, the senior staff was the rudest of all who immediately jumped to aggression, yelling and threats when we questioned a charge on our bill at the end of the night.
Let's just say that he caused such a scene that the mild tempered few I was with just put in together to pay the bill (with the unjustified $34 charge) to avoid any further embarrassment he was causing us by putting us on show.
Beware! Go somewhere else!

I recently visited the Restaurant and did not have a booking, the Restaurant was busy but they were able to fit us in right near the male toilets. We sat down and ordered 3 tapas dishes, the BBQ octopus, chorizo and the mussels. We were waiting for 45 minutes before the waitress remembered us and told us she would check on the food.
In the mean time a table was seated next to us who knew the waitress. We got out chorizo and it was cold. We then saw the table that had just arrived received plates upon plates of food. The mussels came and they were way over cooked and finally the octopus which was the only enjoyable part of the night. I won't be visiting the Restaurant again.
