Absolutely love this restaurant. Exceptional service. Hot, fresh food. Very tasty, good prices. However, Be Very Careful if ordering the BBQ grill. One bbq plate @ $50 is supposed to be enough for 2. (I had it with my boyfriend first time, both hungry after Contains approx. 1 mushroom, 2 rings of onion, 2 slices pumpkin, 2 chicken skewers and a couple pieces of meat).

2nd time we ordered 4 plates @$200. we had 7 people, should have extra food if any! Only 2 plates came out. Being a girl I didn't take any meat from the plate As I could see how little was there, So the boys could eat. I just had my bowl rice. Paid for salads. Didn't receive Any Salad. So then everyone filled up on rice only to find out rice was extra $3-4 a bowl? Spent $35 on boiled rice? Every person there was absolutely starving upon leaving. Bill Was $300.

Extremely angry, went somewhere else and bought food straight after. I will go back definitely but not for bbq. The other 6 refuse to go anywhere near the joint which is a big shame because every other meal I've had there (about 15) have been delicious.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch there today. Had been to the Thai next door to eat the night before and that was a big let down. But this was the opposite! The lunch specials are not what you would expect to see on a Korean menu, teppanyaki chicken, grilled salmon sushi but these dishes are done with a Korean twist and all the lovely Korean accompaniments including kim chi.

The chicken was so tasty with lovely crispy noodles covering the very fresh pieces of chicken on crisp salad leaves. The sushi was delicious, served warm, which is unexpected, but so tasty. Presentation was beautiful, service was polite and friendly, and there was a great little jazz trio performing very unobtrusive music which set the ambience for a sunny Sunday lunch wonderfully. Thoroughly enjoyable!

Great place, I love the bulgogi and I often come here :) Highly recommended! The staff are nice and the food is delicious. I've come here with a big group too and they've managed to cope.

I've never rated a restaurant before, but I thought this one deserved one. I had to go back after my first visit, cuz the manager was so happy! I guess the staff caught it off her... a great ethic for hospitality that I don't see in larger restaurants (though some of the staff are shy... I guess its a culture thing?). I was served promptly and had my food explained to me (which I love).

Great Jazz on Sat/Sun lunchtimes. Great presentation of food. Nicely surprised. The couches are real cosy! The food is great, I just wish the potato noodle dish wasn't as sweet (given, I'm a salt-tooth). It's a roost of mine now :) Thumbs up!

My wife and I were really looking forward to dining here and as it turned out were so disappointed. We ordered the BBQ plate, which we thought 'great' we can cook our food to our liking on the small BBQ plate in the table. The wait staff bought the food (very scant with vegetable) and started throwing things on the plate, fine we thought, I guess we have a head start.

Various waiters, about every minute or so came over and basically cooked the food for us. These guys just don't get the concept of 'DIY BBQ' with plate in the table in front of you. It became very annoying, we felt rushed and definitely won't go back. The meat was ok, a little overcooked because of the constant attention afforded it by the staff and the vegetables consisted of a few very thin slices of kumera and some pickled cabage like substance.

Overall an experience I don't care to repeat and can't recommend.

We have been there with friends, Friday night - prime time. Awful service, waiters brought mains straight after entrees and pushed them on our table although we asked them not to do it. They even didn't want to talk to us. Very rude, we'll never go back there. Food very average too. They are using their excellent location to attract the crowd, no value in anything else.

Love this place! Been there when it first opened and keep going back. Service isn't always friendly but food is so good. Nice roomy place, great for when you feel like being in the middle of hustle and bustle.

Have been here twice for lunch. The first time we ordered the bibibab in the stone bowl - very tasty and loved how the stone bowl made the rice at the bottom all crispy. Side dishes were very nice, particularly the mini crispy shrimp. Second lunch was some months later and went for the set lunch menu of beef. Food was very tasty and again the side dishes enhance the dining experience. Have never left hungry. Recommended for a solid choice for lunch after a hard days shopping at Westfields!

Have been twice for lunch. The first time was good but the second time was very disappointing. The Teriyaki Chicken was good but the beef noodles were a big letdown. In fact there was only one piece of beef in the whole dish. I suspect we got there late close on 2 pm and they had run out of beef. Instead of saying something the dish was served with a smidgen of beef. We complained and had the feeling that they didn't care. This experience means we won't be back.

Been a few times and have always chosen not to cook our own. The set meals are excellent value with soup, condiments and a huge bowl of meat, veg and rice. Service has always been good, the food delicious and busy happy atmosphere.
