Mixed 1955 avant garden wall on one side, Victorian wall on the other, eye catching. Something we, Filipinos can recommend to others and be proud of.

This is the first time we have tried Pilipino food and like any other first times its hard to know what to order. I wish they had a recommendation in the menu to guide us. We both ordered a main and two servings of rice. Didn't know the mains came with out vegetables and were big serves. I asked the waiter did we need to order vegetables and he said that the chop suey was a veg dish. We couldn't order any more as the dishes were huge. I would like to go back and try again and this time order one main, one rice serve and the chop suey for two as I think that would be enough.

Very disappointing. Through the positive reviews and the promise of karaoke we were lured into this restaurant. Little did we know there was no karaoke and only half of the menu available. After ordering off the half menu the items served were substituted with other items with whatever they had. The food we received was near inedible. The crispy pata contained more fat and ten inch bones then meat. Would not recommend.

I wont waste too much time on this one. General location very busy and hard to park. Restaurant too small with too many tables squashed in. Service very very slow. Food is reasonable. Value for money reasonable. If you must go take your own wine as their wine list is red and white.

I've been here half a dozen times and just wanted to say that this is a wonderful restaurant. Since opening I've seen the layout improve bit by bit and now looks amazing with a very comfortable atmosphere. Now, I've never had Filo food elsewhere so I've been experimenting here and found the staff enthusiastic to help out.
The dishes are always delicious, if not a little too salty and the presentation fine. Once I came during the Friday karaoke, which was an ear bleeding adventure in hell, and the toilets could be a little more tidy, but overall I absolutely recommend anyone to try this place out. Especially if you're never tried Filipino food before and are looking for friendly and enthusiastic staff to assist.

I've been there at least 8 times now, with filipino group from work, a few times with my daughter and a couple of times with close friends (an oz and an asian). Always a good experience with food and service. Good food, very pinoy. They also try to achieve good dish presentation. Very friendly owners, I even saw them at the markets once.

Went for lunch here on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is a far cry from the filipino restaurant it replaces a hundred times over. Probably not fare to compare as they are totally different owners.
The food is good but still not as good as the fine chefs serve in the hotel restaurants in Manila. Good servings and good size. We had the pork bbq skewers, garlic fried rice, chicken adobo, pancit canton and the spring rolls (shanghai lumpia).
They were out of fresh lumpia which was a let down and their halo halo, the signature dessert of the philippines was quite tasteless though and expensive at $5.50 a serve. The only let-down (aside from the halo halo) was with the service. The restaurant was not busy, but the service was slow in taking orders, clearing dishes and asking about dessert. If they improved on this, it would lift their overall performance.
Would I go back, definitely and try some more dishes next time.

Drove past Lidcombe and the old restaurant who used to be there (a bad one) was gone and a new one was established. At first was skeptical about trying this new restaurant was thinking must be the same one with just a rebranded name. As soon as I entered I noticed a change in decors was happily greeted by the server and was given the menu.
There was a better selection of dishes and told myself to be adventurous.Ii had the bbg pork skewers, the spring rolls, chicken adobo, garlic fried rice and pansit canton. I must say the food was tastier and much nicer. The pansit and spring rolls were so so but the rest was good I must say. The only let down was when we had halo-halo for dessert. It tasted nothing like halo-halo but more of a slightly sweetened crushed ice with a sprinkling of colours. That's whatIi thought anyhow. Will I go back? I think so given the better quality of food I tried. recommended? yes.

My family ate here several times during our visit to Sydney, lunch and dinner. The food was exceptional, very tasty and well presented. Menu has lots to choose from. I would definitely recommend this Filipino restaurant and would definitely eat there again on my next visit to Sydney.

Went for dinner with my partner, had the pork skewers, chicken adobo and pork sinigang. Pork skewers were very nice. Adobo had too much fried garlic sprinkled on it, and couldn’t taste the vinegar in it. Sinigang was fine. A little expensive for the quantity of food given. The big let down was the service. Staff are very unattentive, and seems like you are bothering them. Have also tried to get takeaway twice. Once it was closed (early on a Friday night), and second time was told they were "too busy" for takeaway. Not good enough. Would not go back.
