I went there three times over one month. The food was fantastic and service was also very good. Great varieties of dishes for the vegeterian and vegan. Definitely will go back and will recommend the friend.

Been here 10+ time. Always love it. Try momos/chilli chicken, terai beef/ goat curry. Bring wine. Good friendly service. Keep eye out for deals, excellent value.

I have eaten her twice in the last 3 weeks & really like the food. Being Vegetarian, this place caters for me wonderfully & the wait staff are very attentive. I am a fan of the Nepalese Kitchen in Surry Hills but think this place gives it a run for the money. My only negative would be the desserts which I think they could improve. I will definitely go again, soon. Cheers.

The atmosphere was good and I liked the cushioned bench seats with the wooden dividers. I'm no expert in curry or anything, but the food tasted fine. Some friends of mine ordered the Nepalese beer they had there and said it tasted good. The staff tried their best and were polite. The toilets were clean.

Had a very bad experience in the Sherpa's Kitchen recently, the entrees were ridiculously expensive (dish of 4 small dumplings momo was priced $8.50, per piece is more than $2) and the most horrible thing was service of the senior staff, totally didn't have any idea about customer service at all. Food dishes were delicious and the ambience was good but seriously need to improve customer service.

Sherpa....s the adventurous group of Nepal....we a group of 10 people booked a table in their Kitchen-sherpa kitchen In Newtown to taste modern nepalese cuisine. We were provided the back room for dining since the main dining area was already booked out on friday night. It was like an adventure 4 us to order nepalese food for first time though on a friends recommendation we went there.

We were greeted warmly with cordial and polite service. Starting 4m water, menus, wine cooler, food, complementary chocolates, bill, all was accompanied by a same waitress, mostly who was taking care of the back area. On her recommendation we ordered 10 sherpa banquets in greed of unlimited mains. Really it was unlimited in terms of value of money, service, timing, food quality and the flavours. Like other restaurants we were not avoided as we were having banquets.

The waitress were very friendly and sweet to offer us extra foods and smart enough to clear all our plates before we leave. We have never seen any chef coming up to tables to serve the customers. Hats of to u chef, we just request 4 music at the back.

Loved your sekuwa. Overall perfect atmosphere, perfect light and perfect service. Sherpas are really climbers. All young but full of experience staffs in sherpa kitchen climbed our hearts that day. Our adventure to have modern nepalese cuisine were successful. Definitely we would be back.

My husband and I had a late lunch at Sherpa Kitchen last Sunday, they opened their doors and kitchen especially for us which was much appreciated. The reception was warm and friendly, we were never rushed and the chef/owner came to speak with us in between courses (and even imparted some tips on how to make good Nepalese food!).

We tried the goat curry and plain roti (both were delicious), fish curry (very good and spicy), mango lassi (just delightful) and pistachio icecream (not very sweet but still creamy, quite a unique flavour). We highly recommend this restaurant.
