There is no other way to put this, the food was awful. After a $140 platter we were still hungry. It was obviously prepared in advance, the two tablespoons of smoked salmon were discoloured and hardened around the edges. The oysters were tiny. The lettuce that lined the platter was discoloured and dirty. There were only two small fish cocktails, 4 fresh small prawns, one bug, some tiny crab legs, the lobster mornay sauce was burnt, the calamari was tasteless.
Only a handful of chips. We laughed in disbelief. I'd heard Sea Level had sunk to new depths but I guess I had to see it for myself. We will never be going back. Ever. A dreadful waste of money.

Solid choice for a seafood meal in the Shire. We had a great seat and further enjoyed a beautiful meal from the latest menu. A special shout out for the dessert... one word... amazing. My partner and I are returning soon!

Visited Sealevel on 6 April. It was moderately busy. The service was dreadful, we sat for 20 minutes with no offer of water, drinks, wine. So when we were attended, we ordered dinner straight away. Things picked up a little, but my partner was brought his entree (hot) whilst mine followed 5 minutes later, rather strange and not very professional.
Mains came together, but after that we were left with no offer of dessert until we'd really gone off the idea (and the affogato looked good). We've visited a number of times before and it seems the service is much better when the place is busy. We'll consider carefully before returning.

Had heard great things about this restaurant so maybe we caught it on a bad night. Meals ok, but service was very very slow for us at least. At 8.30 after coming in at 7 we had to ask about our mains, and after an apology we were told they would all come out together, No they didn't, 3 were served well before the 4th meal came. We had to remind them about drinks before that as well. As others had been served who came in after us we think they just forgot all about our table of 4.
Also, don't ever sit near the door, we had a party of adults and kids near us and the kids were in and out the door all night, we were right in a draught, thank you so much thoughtful parents! Sorry, as I said I had heard great things but don't think I will ever go there again or advise anyone else to eat there.

I went there for lunch yesterday and it was so good that I've asked to be taken there for my birthday in a few days. I had the pork which I was told is new to the menu and it was amazing. The person I dined with had the salmon, which she loved and it was obvious by her plate. The service was really amazing, they were so friendly and attentive. Love it!

I loved this restaurant! I was at first a little unsure how good the quality of the food would be given the cheap prices, however, I was pleasantly surprised.
The food was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious! I recommend the 3 course dinner offered from Sunday to Thursday for only $54. The ambience is amazing with gorgeous views over North Cronulla and beyond. The service was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and professional. A great value seafod restaurant in the Sutherland Shire.

We have never had a bad meal at Sea Level. Always great food and service! Once again we chose to have the seafood platter with lobster mornay. As usual, they delivered a delicious 80's style fresh seafood platter. There was no room left for dessert. This restaurant is always a reliable choice in The Shire.

Had a lovely meal here on Sunday night. Flathead and snapper cooked to perfection not to mention the lamb. Service was friendly and helpful. Great location. Happily come back.

Great location but the waiters vary, the first was rude on booking one afternoon but the second when we turned up was friendly and accommodating. I have always wanted to try the Seafood platter but it was disappointing with alot of deep fried flavourless squid and only one bug, the menu says bugs btw, anyway, besides the entree of scallops were delicious but I would say this place is over rated and over priced there are yummier and better serviced places in Cronulla.

Had breakfast here last weekend and ordered Eggs Benedict (Royale); a dish that should be flawless for a highly regarded restaurant. Unfortunately, I ended up with two hard-boiled eggs covered with two 'generous' teaspoons of Hollandaise sauce, which was hastily thrown on top off the spinach and muffin. The pièce de résistance though was receiving this on a wet plate out of the dishwasher. I am baffled as to how the chef thought this was adequate to serve to a paying customer. The plate was wet to touch (something you would think would be obvious to the waitress) and I could see the poached eggs were hard-boiled just by looking at them! To top it all off, this masterpiece took 30 minutes to arrive at the table. Doesn't speak well of the talent in the kitchen if they can't get a simple meal such as Eggs Benedict correct.
