We came here on Saturday with a group of 7. The service was disgusting! We were not approached once by staff, we had to call someone over for drinks and to order. We ordered a mocktail and was asked to order something else as it "takes too long to make".

While ordering our food, the waitress wasn't paying attention to us, we had to repeat ourselves several times because she kept getting distracted by other things (once even turning her back on us completely).

Towards the end of our meals, 4 of our group went outside for a smoke. Three staff members approached our table to clear it off, even though we were clearly not finished eating. They were definitely more concerned about getting us out of there than giving us good service.

The tables were Way too close together. We basically had to put our bums on the table next to us to squeeze out. Although the service was terrible, the food was really good. I would never eat in the restaurant again, but I would consider takeaway.

As they are a professional member of Coeliac Society I was quite excited to visit (seeing as though I am Coeliac and not many Thai places cater for GF food well).

Was shocked when I was placing my order that they had very little GF options available and I had to speak with three different waitstaff before they could understand what I was asking.

All in all the food is average, prices are reasonable and the ambience quite nice for the area. Wouldn't go back in too much of a hurry.

A group of 8 of us went here for lunch on Friday. The prices of the mains ($12-17) is expensive for Thai, but the lunch special takes almost $5 off some of the dishes. I got the Massamun Curry (chicken) for $12.

The Massamun Curry was done well, and they gave me SO much chicken. Usually it's little bits of chicken with large pieces of potato. But this actually had a whole thigh in there. It came with rice and was creamy.

The service is also good - friendly and efficient. The ambience of the place is rather classy - sitting on little fabric/woven stools, black decor etc. Very nice.

Great little find in parra. Almost like being back in Thailand. Good fast friendly service and great food to match. All your traditional choices are there with a huge menu.

Tom Yum, Steamed Dumplings, Papaya Salad, Sizzling Seafood and Panang Chicken were all great! The only minor issue was the lamb cutlets were a bit dry. The Thai Custard was also amazing for dessert! All these dishes with rice for $100 is pretty good value too.

Give this place a go, you will love it!

Have dined here on multiple occasions and each time have walked away satisfied and vowing to go back. Stir-fries and curries are generously portioned. Love the soft shell crab entree and the curry puffs were fresh and not at all oily.

Drinks are presented beautifully and service is attentive and quick. Overall this place is great value and has a fantastic variety of great Thai dishes - definitely one of the best places near Church St and in Parramatta in general.

Very impressive little establishment, have been coming back a few times now- every time I have ordered the chicken pad thai; which is sensible in size... and also a beautiful mocktail that combines mangoes and a beautiful sorbet. The service is A1 always on hand if you need something, have always come in without a booking and never had to wait! Entree I always get the vegetable dumplings (4 a serve) which are beautiful and simple. Could not ask for anything else, I just wish I could shy away from the pad thai to sample other things.

I absolutely love Saute Thai. My partner introduced it to me around June this year and I have to agree with her it is the best Thai restaurant I have had so far.

The food tastes unique and the portions definitely satisfies the hunger. The value for the food is also very reasonable. I highly recommend the Gai Satay, Chicken Pad Thai, Crab Fried Rice, Massaman Beef Curry and Seafood Tom Yum Soup.

The venue's ambience accompanied with the service by the staff provides you with an inviting feeling and warm service while you dine. I definitely will come back to this place.

The food was lovely! Green curry, not too spicy and full of flavour, the roti was heavenly (I could not stop eating it!) and the chicken and cashew was delicious!

They gave an impressive dinner service. Our water glasses were never empty, entrees and mains arrive promptly. They made the effort to check on us and see if we were enjoying our meal. We also had a toddler with us and they happily heated up her milk and provided us with a small children's bowl and some cutlery so she could eat. The food was great and the service was awesome. We'll be back!
