    After receiving a voucher from my partner for a facial, Dana hopped in and out of the room and was quite clearly servicing two clients at the same time as I had about 10 minutes of her time for the facial and was left alone with cotton balls on my eyes to "relax" for the rest.

    Although it was a deluxe facial, I was "convinced" to have an extra eye treatment costing $30 on top and then bought some eye cream which was recommended by Dana for a further $14. It was only the next day upon looking at the tiny pot of eye cream, that I read I had bought a "free sample" which the salon was selling on to customers ... Mmmmmm unsure that is ethical. Think I'll book a relaxing facial somewhere else next time.
